Amazing staff and breakfast ok

Needed to removed the key from energy switch to sleep, since they emited a hearable whitenoise and even with ear plugs I could hear. I have a video with the sound made and I tried to call staff and emergency at night and nobody picked up, so by removing the key the noise luckily stopped.

Excellent staff, always ready to help. The hotel smell is amazing. They have a very good breakfast with lots of options also for people who have dietary restrictions.

The room is very good, just the shower head was probably a little clogged and the water was spreading everywhere.

The hotel is located in a Good location and the place is clean. Everything is new and clean.

The parking ramp is terrible. The parking lot was still in construction. When I had to go out with my car, I have to wait 10min wating for the gate to open. I had to get out my car, get the elevator, walk to the reception and ask them to open the gate. The breakfest is poor when compared to other hotels at the same price. The variety of itens at the breakfest should be improved and when some item was over, they took too much time to bring more.

Total disaster. It took 38 minutes to simply check in because their computer system isn't set up to accept anyone but Brazilians with a CPF (ID) -- hey, why should a US hotel brand bother with anyone but local customers? After the front desk woman, who was nice enough but possibly not up for this task, finally figured out how to get us registered in the computer system and we paid. Nearly an hour after arriving at the property,    we finally got to our room. We then realized we couldn't log onto the wifi. Back to the front dest we go where we spent another 45 minutes trying to figure this out. The hotel has a system that requires not simply a wifi password, but a landing page that requires you to login with your last name and room number... typical for a North American hotel like a Ramada, but quite uncommon in Brazil. However, again, with their absurd computer system, we couldn't log-in to the wifi because we couldn't be entered into the system properly not having a Brazilian ID. After 40 minutes of this I become extremely frustrated and lost patience (sorry front desk lady it was not my intention to make you cry). We needed wifi access for some work we needed to do, and clearly this wasn't going to happen so we had to leave the hotel with a promise of a refund. Yes, they can accept our card for payment, but they couldn't credit me at that time, promising I would receive a credit on Monday (this was Friday evening)So 2 hours of my life wasted and we needed to get back into our vehicle and look for a functional hotel in this city.
