Excellent family run hotel, a few steps away from the beach. Private beach ran by them with correct prices. Lifeguard tower right next to their beach section. Room is decent, spotless clean, daily cleaning. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table. I traveled alone with my 7 years old and it was just perfect. Breakfast excelent (way more than I would have expected from a 2* category hotel), super tasty buffet with fruits, cereals, sweets, cold cuts and cheeses, salads, boiled eggs and a hot dish daily (either omelet, fried eggs or hotdogs). And of course, the regular tea, coffee, water, orange juice. Just to reiterate, it is a top notch 2 star hotel. Room was good, bed was good. TV and AC worked without fail, as well as the refrigerator. In the closed there were available a safe, an iron with ironing table. And I was wow...found this in a 2 star hotel. I saw that there were negative comments about the bathroom and shower. Yes, that it is correct - bathroom is narrow and the width of the shower is not enough for an adult (meaning that the shower curtain will "stick" during the shower). Just for context - I wear XL or XXL shirts and the bathroom did not ruin my vacation. It was spotless clear when I arrived. It was cleaned daily, 2 large immaculate towels and 2 small spotless towels were provided by the hotel. Handsoap and 2 in 1 shower gel were also available in the bathroom. Hairdryer was also there. I traveled with my daughter and I am a cleaning products and I was impressed by the fact that my cleaning rolls were perfectly white after I checked the bathroom. From my point of view, it was the best choice for my August week in Greece considering the budget I had. Could not have made a better decission. I highly recommend this facility!

I didn't expect that 2 stars hotel could be so clean and cozy. The staff is doing a great job, in every aspect related with this tiny hotel. Congratulations!!!

As the other customers said, the bathroom is too small, it s like in the seven dwarves 'cottage :) but, even if it s small, it s clean and everything is working just fine. The only thing I didn't like is that you are not allowed to let the electricity on, when you are not in the room. If I, somehow, agree with not letting the a/c on( because is expensive ) , it doesn't sound fair to me that you can t even keep the fridge on, where you have water and maybe food... The cleaning staff took out our electricity card and warned us that we would have an additional costs if we didn't do the same. You can't make the bathrooms bigger, but this is something that should be reconsidered!

Exceptionally well organized, clean and tidy, the lady owner and other staff are very friendly, very nice and welcoming. It's almost at the beach, just cross a narrow street). There are a lot of beautifully kept flowers and plants, and the whole place is cosy. Great, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was super; good choice for everyone to find something they like. Great coffee, too. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and pristine clean. If we come to Paralia again, this is definitely going to be our choice again. Well done, guys!!!

Everything is nice. The only remark is a wardrobe that wasn't big enough for 3 people, but we actually had too much stuff. The great thing is there were a lot of hangers in the wardrobe, which is very practical (I don't know why other places never provide enough of them) and a small iron 😊

Zaista jedan od boljih smještaja u kojim smo bili, čistoća na visokom nivou, svakodnevno čišćenje sobe i zamjena peškira. Divni domaćini, uvijek na raspolaganju. Smještaj se nalazi 20m od plaže, na odličnoj lokaciji ne u gužvi Paralije, tako da uveče ukoliko želite možete odmoriti bez buke. Imali smo rezervaciju sa doručkom koji je zaista raznovrstan i ima za svakoga po nešto. Sve u svemu sve preporuke

Literally 15 meters away from the sea and sand. Very nice breakfast. Staff is wonderfull. Cleaning daily. Towels are changed daily. This is the 3rd summer holiday at this hotel and we will come again nect year for sure. Great value for money

In the evenings between 19 and 20 there was a water outage. Looks like a patern, but otherwise everything was perfect.

The location is great. The hotel and the room were spotless.

There was an unpleasant musty smell that came from the drawers and the wardrobe, but since we were the first guests of the season and the hotel was probably closed for several months, this problem would be solved as soon as the hot days arrive.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Paralia Katerini, where you can not hear the busy central area with all restaurants, shop and bars, but on 5 min walk to the center. The hotel is right at the beach. It was very clean, the breakfast was good and the personnel where very welcoming.

The thing that was little uncomfortable was the really small bathroom and the fact that under our window people were smoking cigarettes and all the smoke was coming directly in the room.

The rooms are clean, it was comfortable and good, we had a short stay but we are satisfied. The location is in a great spot right next to the beach and very close to nice restaurants. The caterers were very good, and there was a really tasty and plentiful breakfast.
