Stylish, clean, friendly and helpful staff. The inside is much more spacious and very stylish than the entrance and pictures suggest! Breakfast in the restaurant and delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Probably no other hotel in peshwar is so stylish.

Staff is extremely kind and accomodating. Veyy professional and well dressed. The common area is very well decorated with gourgeous furniture. Great breakfast options and high quality food. Location is quite convenient.

My room had a strong smell of cigarretes, as if the previous guests smoked all night. Fortunately they happily changed my room next day. Rooms have no ventilation, windows do not open. Only the bathroom has a small exhausting fan.

The almost nonfunctional elevator destroyed all our stay. I had some movment problems at the moment. The elevator worked a couple of times. And every time we go out or come back, trouble waiting with helpless staff. Car ramp leading to parking in the basement needs to be repaired immediately. Right slope is needed to be considered.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The service was excellent, the breakfast pretty good and varied. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. But what really stands out was the staff.

Not much I did not like - they had a problem with the card machine for payment which was a bit annoying.
