My stay was a comfratable with the Ginger The check‑in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Nisha’s warm welcome and helpful attitude. She made sure all my requests were handled promptly. Ravindr was equally impressive; he went out of his way to ensure comfort during my stay, whether it was arranging extra amenities or assisting with minor issues. Most of my experience with the hotel was Good. The buffet breakfast was extremely good. The location of the hotel is ideal. Clean rooms and clean washrooms. Water bottles in the right size in the rooms is worth a mention

The AC in the rooms are set to too low temperatures and it takes long to warm up. The automatic cut off of electric supply in the room doesn't work. The lights and other devices are still on long after the key is removed. So not sustainable and planet friendly. The service in the coffee shop on the ground floor is terrible in the afternoons. I requested a tea which never came!

I would particularly like to commend Nisha from the hospitality team. Her warm and attentive service truly stood out. From the moment I checked in, Nisha ensured that all my needs were taken care of. The stay was fantastic in all aspects. Food was clean, non spicy and tasty. Location is very good. Staffs are very well behaved and cooperating specially mentioned to Nisha .mam . Rooms are very very good. Ms Puja and Nisha ma'am and ravindar have been very helpful and Cooperating. I will visit here again and I would suggest others also to try this place.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Greater Noida! The property was huge, classy and professional, with neat and well-maintained rooms. The breakfast buffet was awesome too! Special mention for Nisha at the front office - she was extremely helpful from booking to check-in, facilitated an early check-in without extra charges and had a warm smile throughout. Highly recommend!

I have stayed here many times. Its a nice place and well maintained. Helpful front desk. Room is clean and comfortable. Nisha at front desk is helpful and professional. She is responsive and carries a smile.

Restaurant may need more staff. Bfast taste needs improvement. Room service is prompt but needs enhancement in the final finish of the item.

The reception staff was courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were small, they were well laid out and all the amenities were provided.

We had a minor issue with the bathroom. Water from the shower cubicle trickled over the other side, filling the whole washroom. We had to call housekeeping and they swiped the room dry.

It was a wonderful stay.The cleanliness ,hospitality,food everything was 10/10.Ms Nisha is very soft spoken as well as very professional in her dealings.I would highly recommend for stay in this hotel
