From the moment we reached, warm hospitality of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were immediately captivated by the awesome, panoramic views from the property – a truly breathtaking sight that added magic to our entire stay. The dining experience was also a significant highlight. The food was consistently delicious, and we especially appreciated the impressive variety offered at both their breakfast and dinner buffets. A big thank you to the wonderful staff who made our stay even more special. We are particularly grateful to Mr. Suresh for capturing awesome photographs that will serve as lasting memories of our trip. His talent and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. We also want to extend our thanks to the restaurant staff, especially Ms. Anuja, for being so incredibly friendly and engaging with our kids. Her warmth and kindness made our dining experiences even more enjoyable for the whole family

I would like to praise whole team of poetree, staring from reception tinu, annagah,.. Mr smil Suresh, who really took awesome pictures of all... really friendly and accepting all of us with great smile, also who resturant team... We would like to re visit this resort in upcoming future... and stay 2 or 3 days more ... so can really explore near by places... Thank you Poetree Thekkady team

Everything was fyn...

Stay was excellent. The rooms were clean , with a nice swimming pool and a garden. The property is at the hill top and the view from there was very good. The restaurant was also very good , had a variety of food for breakfast and for dinner Buffett.We took an ayurvedic spa as well and it was also excellent. I will definitely recommend this place

The road to the poetree is not good

View from the room and pool was amazing, would happily come back to stay again. Service was excellent, the staff were very attentive and accommodating of additional requests. The food was very good with a good selection during our stay. Room is good and clean.

Road to and from the hotel was very rocky and is in poor condition.

Location - calm and serene

Deluxe villas is waste of money. Don’t book as you can hardly see the clouded mountains nor the forest as most of the units are shadowed by trees blocking the view Everything is twice as expensive as regular rates in kumili. Spa is worst. Getting an auto and food delivery from better restaurants is also a challenge. Better to stay near the city if you are planning outside activities with limited time to spend in resort

This is my second time here, and will definitely be back for another visit. The cottage view is amazing, rich flora around. Food is exceptional. They have a beautifully curated menu. I must mention the hospitality by the staff. You feel so welcomed and taken care of.

the staff were amazing and made our stay very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is FABULOUS! The meals on offer were varied and we ended up eating there throughout our stay. Our compliments to the Chef and restaurant staff! Reception desk staff were very informative & friendly.

The spa service - Ayurvedic massage - was great but the spa staff were not always available for treatments. If the hotel could hire more spa therapists, that’s be great!

Excellent property and very comfortable for the family. This is the best hotel in the hill top and has an excellent view from the rooms. The club room that I stayed was clean and comfortable for 2 nights. Every staff member from the valet to the check- in to the restaurant staff were delightful and eager to help! Especially Suhas and Suresh were really helpful in accommodating our request and guided us to make the most of our trip very memorable and pleasant. The 360 view above the reception area is simply awesome and nice to be there during sunrise/sunset .

Food price is little high for vegetarian options. Very limited options for vegan.

I had an amazing stay at Poetree! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive making sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Their excellent service truly made me feel welcome and cared for esp. Jeet & Dipayan they both were very attentive & caring. Can't wait to return!!

Everything was perfect nothing to change

The staff, location, the property, Chef Sebin, all the restaurant staff, were excellent. Breakfast was quite good. The Staff in all sections including the security were very helpful and accomodating. Treated us very well. Room size was good, View from balcony was fine.

Things that need to improve: Cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom Room 104. Sink- water draining was slow, overflow in the toilet etc. The TV instructions are a bit complicated. It'd be helpful if things were made simple. It took us one day to get the hang of it !!
