The wait time at the restaurant was minimum 1 hour Which can be due to holi The manager on the desk was kind of worked up with our questions Everything was about paying first upfront and then giving us what we want For example we told them to add extra bed in a room when we checked in and we had come from a long journey of 10 hours but the manager called us downstairs from the room to pay first and then only they gave us the extra bed Considering a good property, these small hickups should not be there

Excellent facilities and staff services, location is in a really secluded location with beautiful surroundings. Stayed in a family room, amazing space, layout and room facilities. Really impressed, excellent value for money.

If there's any negative is that the hotel is located in a very secluded location. However, it's really quiet.

The location and rooms were pretty sorted

The staff being rude and always pushing us to go for the buffet instead we requested for alacarte all the times. In the end we got what we wanted but too pushy. Also the wait time in the restaurants was almost an hour but that was communicated to us Breakfast on the last day came after 1.5 hours

The property is brand new (just six months old) Location is very much approachable via vehicle with ample parking space. rooms are very nicely decorated and stocked with essential toiletries. Mattress is comfortable and two sized pillows make it even more comfortable. Food: must try the Paneer Dolma!!! haven’t had anything like this before. Malai Kofta (white gravy) with desi ghee was equally tasty!!! Dragon Platter was bit oily (had manchurian, crispy corn, chilli paneer and spring roll). Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Enough space to wash your car and if you need it done by staff, just let the receptionist know. Overall a wonderful place to stay dependent on what price you get.

There was a group of guests across our room that checked in at 1:00 AM and made a mess of the people sleeping in the other rooms. it was so annoying that I almost lost my mind over it but didn’t wanted to spoil my evening so had to let it go. it would have been great if the instructions could have come from reception for those guest to be considerate of other guest sleep.

Big rooms, comfortable bed and the waitstaff at breakfast tried their best with what they had.

One front desk manager was very loud when he spoke to his staff, almost belittling them. At breakfast there were no menus and the waitstaff did their best to communicate with us despite limited English skills. Also, they claim that they are a new hotel but in many instances it seemed old. Almost like they used refurbished parts to finish the hotel up.

Really beautiful place. Really polite and well mannered staff. We enjoyed our stay there and felt like home. Dinner was really good and everything was delicious.

not far from Pushkar, clean rooms with very comfy beds and staff were very helpful.

nothing really. it would be good if they could fix safe deposit boxes in the room.
