Very friendly and accommodating staff, with excellent communication. The room has a nice sea view, comfortable bed, good quality towels, and it was very clean. The village overall is a wonderful getaway, with a beautiful nearby beach. The food at the nearby Faros restaurant is exceptional (you can chose to include dinner there in your room price). Overall the hotel is good value for money, and bonus points for being pet friendly.

The spot is a bit noisy. The cutlery and kitchenware could use some additions and improvements, as would the bathroom accessories and furniture. Also the room overall lighting could be improved a little bit as well.

Great location, near the sea, beautiful scenery, quiet village, small but clean room, little equipped kitchen, but it is enough for a short stay, extremely small bathroom, very uncomfortable to shower. The village of Ilia is idyllic.

I didn't really like the host's attitude, even though we announced that we were coming, he didn't bother to come and give us the room, he was at a party with everyone from the community and we waited an hour for him to give us the room. I understand good mood and everything related to fun, but when you have guests you have to respect them.

The rooms that have a view on the sea, the beach that was so close, the accomodation had their own sunbeds, big apartment, clean, staff was helpful, village itself was an amazing place to stay at, small, peaceful, amazing people, clear water, I would definitely recommend it 😊

A small incident with staff member at the check in, due to language barrier, but has been resolved quickly

The appartment is at a perfect location by the sea. You have a beautiful sea view from you balcony. The decoration is a bit older but perfectly fine and clean. Nikolaos the guy at the reception is goes beyond your expectation. He put a lot of effort to help us get to the accomodation by our bikes (during the road block). He saved our trip which we really appreciate. Highly recommend this place and don’t forget to go for the breakfast. It was also super.

The shower is a bit small but managable

Nice view on the sea, good location, refurbished stylish furniture, friendly cats around. Beach is just a few steps ca 20 metres. Good price value ratio. I think I will return. I recommend this place. Ilia is lovely.

Lack of: kettle, microwave oven, mosquito web on the balcony doors. Poor kitchenette.

Perfect for us, as it was the last time, our second stay here. We are satisfied. Thank you again.

Nice small apartments with excellent location in a small village right on the beach. Traditional Greek tavern with good food nearby. We enjoyed our stay very much

This place was very calm and restful! People are nice and respectful. The beach in front of this place and the view is amazing. The host are kind. Room is very clean even if the bathroom is small and especially the shower!

We didn't know it will be so far from the center and you absolutely need a car if you stay in this place. Also you needed to go to another hôtel located near to pharos rooms to get the breakfast. The breakfast was good for the sweet part but not enought plates for the salted part (eggs, pie...). Also I think this is unfortunate that there is no possibility to take a boat from Ilia directly.

We have visited this hotel quite a few times now and as always had a great time. Excellent location, perfect cleanliness. The hosts are extremely kind and welcoming. Thanks for a great time.
