Great time at this resort. Everything seem to be in order and excellent. be it location, staff (well trained and friendly), restaurants, pools, location, marine trail to name some.

There is a dangerous rusted anchor in the rocky beach. It could hurt someone and spoil their holidays. Resort should take initiative to get the anchor moved or to minimum install a warning board. There is so much rubbish when we went for marine trail. Even though trail was excellent , loads of rubbish played the spoil sport and hampered resorts professionalism..

Fantastic location, private beach, lot of onsite open space, three different eating places, spacious rooms, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Great service.

Not many different menu options other than the standard Punjabi/Chinese dishes, there were different beers listed but only two were available. Considering an island location not a lot of variety of seafood.

The place is vast and lush, surrounded by a beautiful coconut grove and a mangrove-lined beach. The staff is courteous, and the service is exceptional. The in-house restaurant stands out as one of the fanciest in Havelock. They offer a range of activities, including a marine trail, scuba diving, and trekking. We tried the marine trail and scuba diving—while not cheap, both were absolutely worth it. Surprisingly, the lobster here was priced similarly to roadside eateries in Havelock, even though the rest of the menu is quite expensive.

The entire property, including the rooms, is very dimly lit. While some may find this ambiance appealing, I personally found it a bit annoying. The breakfast spread is good, but after a couple of days, it starts to feel repetitive and monotonous.

A truly stunning resort and spa. The accommodation is thoughtful and traditional in design - with a variety of room styles to please all guests. The landscaped grounds offer a spacious and cool ambiance thanks to the palm trees and the coastal breeze which works it’s way through the entire resort. The bars/restaurants serve a variety of excellent food and drink. The buffet breakfast has a whole variety of choice for all tastes and is beautifully presented. The on-site dive school offered a fantastic 4 day PADI course which was value for money but with quality staff and equipment. It really is a 5 star dive school. What stood out above all of this is the service of all the staff. They were excellent at all times and they made our 7 night stay a delight. There’s too many people to thank but the General Manager should be very proud to run such a great team!

I had a wonderful experience from the start - literally from the moment I stepped out of my taxi! As a solo female traveller with some specific dietary needs (I'm coeliac and vegan), I was amazed when the manager Karishma AND the chef came out to personally greet me! After my tiring journey, they sat me down and offered me fresh coconut water straight from one of the resort's own trees - such a lovely touch! Karishma and the chef then carefully went through everything I could and couldn't eat, making sure I'd feel totally comfortable during my stay. Throughout my time there, I was so touched by how Karishma guided the team to look after me. Being aware I was travelling alone, she also regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. She struck that perfect balance of being both professional and incredibly kind. The resort itself is truly one of a kind and the food and accommodation is wonderful, but it's this level of personal care that really sets it apart. I would strongly recommend it to anyone, but especially solo female travellers or those with dietary requirements - you'll be in the best hands!

The property is beautiful. The room was great! The restaurant and the cafe and the bar were nice too. I also liked the pool area.

The beach isn't really a beach. So if you're expecting a beach front, you'll be disappointed. It is full of dead corals and branches. The staff is very inflexible. We wanted a late check out on a Monday as our ferry was at 4 and were willing to pay for the same but they denied saying the hotel is full. The next day the hotel was practically empty and the staff also said that there's 30% occupancy so we were disappointed at why they didn't give us a late checkout.

A perfect stay with serene view of beach, clean open beach facing swimming pool with aesthetic rooms. Must say it is an ideal destination for tropical vacation with in house spa and scuba diving.

1.) Staff at the pool tried to sell their swimming costume and were not allowing me to enter the pool even though I was wearing my own swimming costume. They told me i was wearing a cotton outfit which was not allowed, but my swimming clothes were not made up of cotton. 2.) The hotel is located in such a locality near the beach and surrounded by trees which invites a lot of insects in your room. They try to control insect infestation by regularly spraying insecticides and applying various methods, but carry anti allergic medications with you for precaution. 3.) Internet connectivity was a problem as they only provide with 1gb data for the visitors, you can ask for more data but it makes uneasy for the visitor to ask for data top-up after every 1gb 4.) NO GYM

Beautiful resort done to a high standard. So peaceful, clean and the setting by the sea was absolutely stunning. Pool was really clean and quiet (we often had it to ourselves), staff all really friendly and happy to help. Had some delicious meals at the restaurant Bonova Cafe- recommend the brownie in particular!

Just a small suggestion but the menu at the al fresco bar could be improved. We also had to go to reception every day for another WiFi code (they expire within 24hrs). Whilst I appreciate this is due to being on a remote island, there presumably must be a more efficient way of managing this.

All staff from reception, housekeeping, dining, scuba, and eco tours were very welcoming and professional. The grounds are immaculately maintained. The evening dj/singer at the bar was a nice touch.

The rooms are not soundproof, and the early morning sweeping of the grounds using grass brooms was very loud and did have me up earlier than I would have liked. The breakfast dining room was often very messy. Staff seemed to have a difficult time turning over the tables quickly, adding someone dedicated to clearing tables would help. These are minor issues. This is still a 10 out of 10 hotel for me.

The location is really good..provides perfect photo op throughout the day. The property is also very well maintained and the staff takes real good care. The pool is also very nice and can be utilised by the whole family. Highly recommended for family vacations.

Some more activities can be added for families that have kids below 12 who cannot go diving. Table tennis, carrom boards etc can be considered.
