Great place, Nice staff (receptionists and waiters in general), clean and comfortable, Well located

At 06:20 pm we went to the hotel restaurant to have some drinks and eat cheese, croquettes, etc. At 7:45 pm the manager asked us to hurry up because she had to get the room ready for dinner. First, we had already ordered more things, two more drinks and two desserts. Second, no one told us before we went in that we could only stay there until 8:00 p.m. I understand the rule, but there are many ways to communicate. Furthermore, she didn't even check if we had ordered more things, she just said that we would have to hurry up to leave. In short, an unpleasant and unprofessional way to communicate with a customer.

Modern, sleek, clean hotel. Amazing shower, comfortable bed, great breakfast on the 12th floor terrace. The best hotel I stayed in in Argentina.

A bit of a surprise for a modern hotel, but Very poor sound insulation between rooms. I could hear my neighbour talk, whistle and sing clearly. If you can hear them, they can hear you. Fridge cupboard design fault: if you want to cool something in the fridge keep the cupboard door open otherwise the fridge is constantly trying to cool down the heat it is itself generating and that will never happen. That is why the fridge was warm inside when I arrived.

The hotel is brand new. Opened in July 2022. The room is large, with good internet and a huge flatscreen smart tv. Kingsize bed, very good shower. Located at the center square of La Plata very close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Restaurant was not yet open, but it is expected to be soon. Smart TV works very slow, seems a problem with the internet. Small but good gym, no pool.

Very comfortable, except for pillows. Nice, helpful staff. Close to everything. Stunning location for breakfast on the twelfth floor.

There was only one pillow each and ithey were too soft. Check out time is too early 10 am or 10.30am, not sure which. We weren't allowed to stay on another hour. The breakfast choices were limited forforeign travellers like us. More geared to the local style with (very nice) cakes, bread, sliced meats and cheese. We would have liked a bit more fruit and maybe some scrambled eggs.

Clean, spacious room with good desk space and comfortable furniture. Very comfortable bed.

Breakfast isn't up to standard of rooms. No space at all for toiletries in shower, which seems a strange oversight given the general good design of the hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and our room had a fantastic view of the cathedral. Everything was clean and the staff from the front desk to the resto on floor 12 were friendly and polite!

Everything was new and modern. Very good parking in underground parking. Very comfortable bed. Very good location, good acoustic isolation. Lovely view from breakfast floor. Breakfast itself was fine.

The beds were comfortable. The shower head was amazing. The hotel bar has a great view of the Catedral and the city. The staff was very friendly.

The facilities, the location, the cleanliness, the view, good value for money.

The staff need more training to liaise with guests and the breakfast was too cold.
