They have a good restaurant and covered parking, both very welcome. Staff were very helpful; especially the rest. waitress, sorry I have forgotten your name.

We stayed here overnight during our transit. The hotel, an old villa, is close to the highway. We had a spacious room and a lovely bed. We were so tired from the trip that we didn't hear the highway during our night's sleep. The staff at this family run hotel is very friendly. On Tuesdays the pizza baker is off, but we enjoyed risotto (my partner) and homemade gnocchi. The breakfast is fresh and various and there are also gluten-free options. We would love to come back for our next trip!

Everthing was just fine!

The building is attractive; close to the freeway therefore good for a one night stopover; it's very clean; has a large swimming pool which unfortunately was covered for the winter season so I cannot comment on its condition but the jacuzzi was available and looked good. Both pools are surrounded by AstroTurf and is neat. The dining area is good. Had dinner there which was OK. Breakfast is well stocked with typical sweet pastries in the Continental style. A couple of English breakfast staples are also thrown in eg. Corn Flakes and juices. All in all our stay was comfortable.

Building is very close to the freeway so noisy even with the door and window closed. Air-conditioning is controlled by a timer which we were not made aware of. The walls are paper thin... pray you have well behaved neighbours! The shower drain was missing its cover. The bidet plunger was nonexistent.

This family run facility is located in a very architecturally interesting building. Either new or very well maintained, There is plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and helpful. We asked for extra pillows, (we are Canadians) and they were dispatched in 5 seconds. There is a energy saving system in the room that turns off services off whenever they are not needed or conflicting. If you keep the window open, the AC will disengage. It is about time we care for our wasteful ways, Well Done. All our requests were met with a "I will take care of that" form the owner or the wife", never an attitude or a maybe. The owner operators are a young couple with a baby that they held with pride in their arms while attending to the guests. Really nice feeling of family atmosphere.. He is a graduate of hotel school in Rimini (U of Bologna) and you can tell he knows what he is doing. Our room was equipped with all one needs, really clean, comfy bed and a balcony. We arrived at supper time, had supper in the restaurant and the food was great. The portions are so generous we could not finish it all, and they asked if there was something wrong. There was not, the house entrée is spectacular. Many a local were dining there, always a good sign. There is a pool and a hot tub. We did not use them but they looked great. WE WILL GO BACK, give a try. PS: this is not my cousin or my school mate, we picked the place on the strength of other reviews. I never write reviews but in this case I really want to endorse the place. They earned my trust. Now I want to go back, see how things are and how the baby is doing, I will be back.

comfortable bed, very delicious dinner in the enclosed restaurant, I recommend the Risotto with Funghi Porcini and Tartufo (I dismissed the Salsiccia). Breakfast was very good, typical Italian with some bits of Continental elements.

Peaceful place close to the sea. You still need a car but it is walkable on a good day, especially because parking in Alba Adriatica can be tricky. Comfy bed, all clean. Furniture slightly outdated, but that's personal taste. Breakfast was ok, lovely cakes

Long wait for coffee at breakfast time; the lady started from the bottom of the room to take orders, ignoring who came first of last... Got my coffee just before leaving. Toasters we're outside the breakfast room, so I noticed that the option was available only when we left. Sad. Swimming pool closes far too early... 7:30 on a summer night?! ☹️

Very friendly staff, well positioned for a stopover on our way south. Secure parking.
