Loved the view of the river from the balcony; the bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, a truly enjoyable experience. Also see the third photo: I think it's a fair request, and I'm amazed at how politely they're stating their case.

The stairs were a tad too steep, with narrow foot boards. For someone with size 47 feet, coming downstairs was comical, hanging on to the balustrade with both hands... But I understand, the owners were doing the best they could, it was me who wasn't a perfect fit. Oh, well...

The hotel itself is very quaint and it's a beautiful place with a view of the river. It's easy to find and near restaurants and stores. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the weather was cold, the room was warm and cozy. The staff were friendly and competent. They helped in so many ways. Breakfast was very delicious, and there's a coffee shop onsite as well, although we didn't order any coffee there. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we didn't like is that because the hotel is made from wood, we heard other guests opening and closing their room doors and walking up and down the stairs. However, if you go during the off tourist season, I don't think that would be an issue.

Beautiful traditional teak building. Rooms were well proportioned and very clean. Had everything you needed. The staff were extremely lovely and engaging, welcoming, helpful. A huge thank you to Kitty (the boss lady) for going above and beyond and providing a personal taxi service, it was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend this accommodation. The restaurant was lovely as well providing good, reasonably priced meals. Ideal location, central to amenities.

Comfortable room over looking the river. Helpful and friendly staff who assisted when I had mixed up the booking date. We only stayed one night, and it was a perfect location while completing a motorcycle tour.

Other reviews mention that rooms are noisy because of the building's timber structure but we were at the top so this didn't impact us. The stairs to the room were quite steep, which wasn't an issue for us, but others may find tricky.

Great location right on the river. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The shower in particular was excellent. Best we’ve had on our trip. We had a river room which I’d recommend to avoid road noise. Love the noisy cat !!

The balcony chairs were like school chairs a sitting bolt upright isn’t really comfortable if you want to enjoy the view. Please consider changing the balcony chairs and providing a small table to put your cup on would be a nice touch.

Beautiful old wooden building, the photos don't do it justice. Great location, amazing views, good breakfast (free flowing espresso, help yourself to toast, perfectly runny fried eggs as requested), aircon, good shower with toiletries. Best place in town without a doubt and one of the most unique places I've stayed at

Staff on arrival weren't exactly rude, more that they couldn't care less. A smile instead of a grunt would have been nice. Morning staff an improvement. Bum gun would be useful and some comfy chairs downstairs please. Unfortunately no fridge but the rooms are tiny so understandable.

Nice resort by the river, with a patio to dine with a great view. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was exceptional and definitely the best part of our stay.

Need to venture out a bit for food and provisions. Also, our rooms were located on the 2nd floor, with no elevators and the steps being rather steep, so not too conducive for guests with mobility issues.

Well situated beside river, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Walk to main street for shops, banks 7-11 etc. water buffaloes frolicking in the river, birds chirping merrily. Nice place to relax.

If you are catching a bus to Mae Sariang it is imperative that you pre-book transport down to your accommodation. The bus terminal is a couple of kilometres out of town.

Perfect riverside location and balcony overlooking the trees and the river. Super quiet town and very calm and beautiful. My room was really comfortable.

You really can hear every footstep in the hotel and conversations so you have to hope customers staying at the same time as you are mindful of that. Breakfast offering is pretty average w limited vegetarian options.

The building is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice bathrooms and beds. Staff was friendly and spoke good English, the dinner we had was quality and very affordable. Right on the river in the center of town, I would definitely stay here again.
