Everything about this resort is excellent. The atmosphere. The staff are amazing from reception to the restaurant, the cleaners. The man who looks after the pool .Every staff member is pleasant and nothing is any trouble they go out of their way to provide anything you need. The breakfast is one of the best I experienced in my 3 week trip in Vietnam. We were lucky to be upgraded to a Ocean View room. You go to sleep and wake up with sound of the ocean. We will be returning in 2 years and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. This is the most beautiful resort with the most amazing gardens. I high recommend the resort to everyone who is looking for something Special in a quiet place at the edge of a very non tourist city.

I prefer a softer bed. After travelling to Vietnam several times it seems to be normal to have a firm bed. The resort had firm but comfortable beds

Breakfast was good, not great. Room was comfortable. Pool was attractive.

Very large room and nice view over the sea with large balcony to sit on in the afternoon/evening. The staff were friendly and tried their best to support and provide information about QuyNhon. The pool was ok amd the garden very nice and well kept. Perhaps the garden view is even better than the sea view! Across the street was the "Quy Nhon Sports Bar" run by Australian lady I think that was very nice to visit. Overall great place by the end of the beach!

There was no restaurant in the hotel but you had the sports bar across the street and the breakfast was limited even if the staff tried their best indeed. We had an incident with a rude pool guard that was shouting at us and was very unpleasent. There were no towels at the pool but you had to request them and this felt quite akward - there should be a pile to pick from at the pool. However, we liked the garden and walking around the hotel area so nice after all.

The resort is in a good location and nice

Everything is good except the breakfast and lunch are not our expectation. They are on the set menu only ( not buffet as 4 stars resort should be)

Everything was amazing, from the moment you entered t, the service , reception and the room service ! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful and catered to all my needs I will definitely be going back , the hire was absolutely breathtaking and so serene

I would like good water pressure from the showers and a good shower head too , the water pressure was very low but it’s a good thing that the water was hot. Offer more vast options when it comes to welcome drinks , so it suits the ambience of the place because the place is very much high end

We came off season so we almost had the whole resort for ourselves. The downside is there wasn’t any breakfast buffet but the peace and quiet made up for it. There wasn’t a spa, restaurant or bar within the resort but everything is close by so you can get all other services within 5-10 minutes walk.

The manager should do a deep clean of all the rubbish brought up by the waves at the sea front and other inconsiderate guests.

Awesome rooms, everything is new and of high quality. We really enjoyed the big swimming pool. The location at the beach is great and Quy Nhon offers many possibilities without being too big and touristy.

The whole Quy Nhon region is still developing into an international tourist spot which is why for Western tourists, meal options might be better (e.g. breakfast buffet), some of the staff is a little hesitant with interaction and when you're in the city, be prepared to be looked at (in a friendly and interested way, but nonetheless). However, we would definitely recommend it.

The staff was extremely helpful. When we asked for hot water in the shower they fixed it next day.

The weather 😄. The breakfast is more for Asean tongue s but the staff again was flexible and helpful. In the evening there were only 3 set menus without veggie options, so we had to eat outside all time. The sports bar across the street offered very good food and even tours to the nearby Cham temples.

Very nice resort right on the sea and the edge of the city. Room and surrounds well looked after.

No restaurant or bar, but the resort seems to be almost finished renovations. It just needs more people to stay.

during checkout I asked them to tally up the bill so I could pay, which they did and I paid all bills with the resort. however on my way to the airport they called me and told me they miscalculated and told me I needed to pay 750,000 vnd more. which I agreed but since I don’t have a Vietnamese bank account it was tough to bank tranfer money to them so I told them to wait for me as I was flying back from quy Nhơn to hcmc. I told them I will bank tranfer them as soon as I am able to find someone to help me bank tranfer. However they kept calling me and asking me to send the money and I told them to wait because I had just landed and was exhausted and now had to scramble around to fix their mistake which ruined my entire vacation.
