Our two-night stay at Beach Bay Rotana Mirfa was truly delightful! My wife, daughter, and I enjoyed a unique and memorable experience. We tried cooking in our room, which added a homely touch to our stay. We also made use of the washing machine to dry our clothes after a warm swim, even during the winter. The pool, being temperature-controlled, was a perfect retreat. One of my favorite spots was the beach area, where we spent time flying a kite and strolling along the shore. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—just a two-minute walk to Lulu Express and a five-minute walk to the fish market, where you can find fresh seafood. Breakfast for the two days was a fun experience, and we had such a heartwarming moment when the chefs and staff surprised my wife by singing “Happy Birthday” to her. She was genuinely thrilled! Mirfa is located far from Abu Dhabi, but it is worth a visit to get away from the commercialised cityscape. First of all, the hotel is a high spec offering, equal or better than any Rotana in the main city ... and it's remote location means that prices are actually less than in Dubai or Abu Dhabi city areas. Mirfa itself is a quiet town, but the public beach has been given a 'facelift' - pleasant walkways and clean sandy areas - and attractions like the pearl farm. The Beach Bay hotel itself has suite-style rooms equipped with kitchenette for longer stays and the real draw was the private beach area, 1 min walk away from the restaurant, refreshingly quiet on the day I went and with showering facilties afterwards. The restaurant by the way is licensed to serve 'grape' and 'hops' beverages so that makes a nice addition to the very good dishes - presentation and quality were great.

Small note to visitors - best to keep waterproof footwear on in the water because there are some coral pieces underfoot.

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Great facilities. Awesome continental breakfast with self-service buffet Caught the low tide, but the beach is clean and nice. Helpful stuff. I was exhausted after the 7hours drive from Oman and the mistake in the description would cause a very disappointing experience but the receptionist, handled the situation, made an offer and solved it. I’m really appreciate that.

Had a sea view with a balcony. Very nice room. Great view. Need was comfortable. Full sized fridge. Microwave, stove & even a washing machine. So well equipped. Breakfast was very good. Had supper one night & room service as well. Very nice. Pool is nice, not heated though. It's a very good hotel of you want to get away from the city & get some R&R. Staff was friendly.

It's a remote area, so there's not much to do. So if you want to get away from the hustle of the city, it's perfect. A bit more variety on the lunch & dinner menu would be nice.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team Linn and Radhwan welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They even granted our request for a room near the pool area making our experience even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued. The housekeeping maintained impeccable cleanliness going above and beyond to keep our room fresh and well-stocked for 3 days. The culinary team Chef Cristian, Chef Abhinav and Chef Mohin also exceeded our expectations not only serving delicious meals but also accommodating our special requests with ease. Thank you Chef Christian for the Tapa and Fried Rice. Their dedication to quality and service added a special touch to our dining experience. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is absolutely worth the trip for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply unwinding for the weekend this is a place we will definitely be coming back to. Highly recommended!

The receptionist, housekeeping and crew from the restaurant except for the indian or Pakistani crew on the restaurant for breakfast who are actually a bit rude and judgmental. Not sure if his the manager or team lead. Accusing my family that we did-not paid enough for the breakfast due to our number. All is a great experience except for this since this is my birthday treat for them and my niece was visiting UAE for her school break vacation from Philippines. Hopefully this gets improve and treat all your guest equally irregardless of the nationality. At least for that staff.

Excellent hotel on the beach with sea view room. Mr Redhwan was exceptional first impression of the hotel, thank you so much and well done. The 1 bed room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Price is great value. Definitely will stay again if visiting this location. All staff are cheerful and helpful. Thank you so much.

room main door could be better with more sound isolation, as you can hear everything in the corridor. Restaurant menu could improve with more choices.

Breakfast was very good, with wide variety of cheese, breads etc. Chef Mohan personally asked for a feedback and took a good care of all our needs during the two days stay. Kudos to his team members Chef Avinav and Chef Christain and Sajad. I can't recollect the name of receptionist/front office guy, he was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out quick and easy.

Wifi security as it blocked MS outlook from being accessed due to security certificate issue. Also, the restaurant dressing policy for the visitors. I was told to change the sleeveless top !!

The bathroom isn't the best and the cleanliness, considering it is only three months old! The hotel serves the workers, and people who are passing by cars. you will not have the same experience as Danat Jabal Dhanna but you will have a good rest for the money 👍🏻

Booking adjustment was requested on the counter; it was very well handled by front desk Mr. Roudhwane at the Beach Bay hotel, with guidance to contact Booking.com & back to his reservations. Booking.com call centre agent was also in equal phase to solve the issue. I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Roudwane and Booking.com Call centre agent.

Nothing to mention; prices at the restaurant were not convincing; hence, we couldn't try. No sea trip is available for Travellers.
