The room was very modern, the facilities were excellent and the breakfast was brilliant. The hotel staff was very accommodating, helping us with booking taxis, and our room was kept very clean. The shower was also great.

We only got one pillow each on our twin beds, and two would be better but not too problematic. It was a walk (and slightly up hill) to the old town and the cathedral, which was a longer walk when you factor in the heat.

The location was perfect. We walked to the center of town. They had secured parking, so we just walked to town, have a glass of wine and not worry about anything. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We stopped at Altamura because it was so close to Matera without having to pay the higher price for a hotel. We did not know Altamura was also a very nice place to visit! I would definitely stay there again!!

The hotel is about a 20 to 25 minute walk to the city centre. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The staff was so nice and sweet to our one year old daughter. Breakfast was great with a good number of items and the hotel is very clean and modern. It’s also close to altamura centro storico which is great for shopping, eating and to roam around in the evening.

Nothing to complain about. Just a suggestion would be to add a kettle with some basic coffee/tea sachets in the bedroom.

Room very comfortable, all the staff, especially the receptionist on in the evening helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Good underground parking with multiple EV chargers. very easy to use. Modern Hotel with a wonderful staircase, such a rarity these days for people who don't want to use the lift.

Everything about this property was fabulous. Very easy access to parking, either on street or paid parking. The room was large, had ad a balcony, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a large shower. The breakfast was delicious and served hot and cold food including fruit and cereal. The best I’ve had in Italy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location is a little outside of the old town but it can be reached after a 15-20 minute walk.

Not the case

The breakfast was tasty. The room was spacious. It was easy to park outside the hotel although there is an option with hotel’s underground garage. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel.

There was a smaller choice of food for breakfast on Monday.
