Our stay was awesome! The place is clean, cozy and modern, there are tasty food and Georgian wine, nice atmosphere in the hotel so we enjoyed a lot. But mostly we liked the staff, everyone was so helpful and nice to talk with ♥️ thank you very much for making our weekend wonderful we definitely will be back and highly recommend to visit Ambassadori ♥️

It was a bit cold in the room

This hotel is really nice and the receptionist Irakli is a nice gentleman. The day I arrived it rained which made my stay more beautiful and the weather was cool. The swimming pool is warn and clean,it was all for me,actually I felt the whole hotel was for me..it was so calm. The breakfast was not buffet because there is not much people that's why they have a menu but it was no big issue,in fact it was better coz everything was served hot and fresh.

• In the evenings, the spa area gets overcrowded, and there aren’t enough loungers. Sometimes, there’s no place to put robes and towels. More loungers or at least chairs for belongings would be a great addition. • The slippers provided in the spa are very slippery, making it difficult to walk on wet floors.

- Breakfast was great Was missing some drink options and decafe coffer option, But overall breakfast was great. - hotel looks brand new, clean, modern, exceeded expectations provided amazing value for money.

It’s not the fault of the hotel itself, but the road there can barely be called a road, the entire area is under construction and a road is being built now for the first under so the drive there is not smooth sailing and rocks could hit a low car. especially if its raining. Noise of construction was not a problem

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend in September. This is low season, but all hotel services operate without restrictions. This is a five-star hotel of European level, but with outstanding Georgian hospitality. We stayed here with our one year old and were provided with a great wooden crib. It was a great break from the city for a couple of nights, even in low season and bad weather there is plenty to do here. For example, we really liked the SPA, and our little one really liked the local pool. The last 20 kilometers of the road are currently under construction, so it will take you about 1-1.5 hours to cover this distance, but it will be a great journey with stunning views and a wonderful place at the end. We had no difficulty covering this distance in a regular sedan, but we would like to point out that in very bad weather conditions, problems may arise when driving along this section of the road.

This place is truly exceptional, not just as a ski resort! In May, you can unwind in the luxurious spa or venture into the stunning surrounding mountains. The blend of warm summer vibes and crisp, snowy air creates a perfect setting for relaxation and exploration. Special thanks to hotel staff and management! All was perfect

The staff were perfect, very friendly, very helpful and pleasent to communicate! The hotel is very clean and well organised. Our standard double room exceeded our expectations. Great value for money. We'll be back definitely.

Everything at the highest level. Love and care in every detail. Every employee is interested in your most concentrated rest. Manager Irakli personally takes care of your mood throughout your holiday. Equipment rental right in front of the ski lift, restaurant right in front of the ski lift. After skiing, you will find a swimming pool, hammam, and sauna with incredible views of the mountains and ski slope. Everything in the rooms is absolutely new, perfect cleanliness.

It was awesome time during living in the Ambassadori. The room was great. The service was like in Dubai. Everyone from the staff perspective provided solid quality of the service. Separately, i wanna highlight 2 person which provided huge service: 1. Tornike from the rent of the ski equipment. 2. Demetre from the reception. This 2 guys made my family vacation deeply comfortable. One case: when i have requested glasses, for wine, i was asked: for red or white. In 5 minutes everything was on my table. There are only warm feelings about the Ambassadori. Feel, that we will come back.
