Just returned from a short trip to Duqm and couldn’t resist sharing a quick note. The stay was truly delightful—especially the breakfast, which was both generous and delicious 😋. The in-room wireless access points delivered impressive speed, making it easy to stay connected even in a remote location. What stood out most was the warmth of the staff—from reception to the service team, their hospitality was seamless. The only downside was the parking area; the open space and strong winds meant the car often ended up covered in sand. Still, that didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you or your team ever find yourselves in Duqm, I’d highly recommend this spot for a warm, hassle-free stay.

Superb value for money, excellent high end rooms, extremely comfortable. Was really impressed with the decor, the spec vs the pricing. Slept really well, big comfortable beds, clean, well ventilated room. Very impressed and highly recommended. Breakfast was also good with a large selection to choose from.

Room service to be avoided, not great quality of food. Non slip mats required in bathroom as shower gel provided is very oily and could potentially be an accident waiting to happen. Also, hotel should turn on hot water switch prior to guests arrival (who have booked) as had to wait a while for water to heat up to have a shower.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the area - they accommodated any query we have. Particular mention to Esther who was at the front desk and was very friendly. Breakfast was good enough, again consistent friendly and attentive service. Bed linen was very comfortable, clean. Size of the room big enough and has very good facilities. Love the location - restaurants are all in walking distance.

Hotel is very new and clean. Staff was very kind. We happen to check in whilst the manager was there and he gave us a room upgrade which was lovely! Breakfast is good and presented very nicely. Road infront of the hotel has been paved so now also food to reach. The location is good, you don't hear much traffic but you're close to all the shops for eating

With the Aircon off the room was getting warm quickly, even at night. We could hear the TV of the room next to us

Brand new hotel. The staff really cared about us (and it was not difficult as we might have been the only guests that night). I can easily see a bright future for this hotel. I can recommend this hotel.

The WiFi was tragic. It didn't allow me to visit half of the websites I wanted (even websites that are accessible from different Omani WiFis elsewhere) and the connection got interrupted many times. Also, the hot water didn't work properly when we came but it got fixed. The last negative comment I have is about the breakfast. We ordered one English and one local but got two the same which was not even the English nor Omani. The bread came late and there was no espresso available nor cappuccino (only Nescafe) - yeah no espresso in brand new hotel - very weird, hopefully it will get fixed soon. :-)

the designer of the bathroom was drunk... ther is a huge empty space and a small space adjoint with all fitted and compressed in a very narrow space. not comfortable at all. breakfast needs to be improved : only heavy with no sweets (bisuits, cakes, etc..)

You won't find a better hotel in the price range of duqm express. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Overall quality is good for 2-3 nights.

Breakfast is standard. Nothing fancy. Basic food for a morning snack. It's a relatively cheap hotel for sleeping well, not eating.

The building is new and I think we are the first people to use our room. The room and facilities are excellent. TV connected to Netflix which isn't always the case. The included breakfast was really good.

The road to the hotel was not yet made up as of late October 2024 and so a bit of difficulty finding the hotel. Should be fixed before too long.

The hotel is 3 months new, so everything is very nice inside. Room was big and comfortable. Bed was comfy and wifi very good. Breakfast was good and staff are very friendly. One of the best options for the price in Duqm. I will be back.

The location map is not helpful. Pin is a bit off. You have to follow the signs on the dirt road to reach the hotel. It's very easy. And there is another hotel nearby with a similar name.

Kida brand new. Good location. Equipped with a king bed and 02 smart tv Near to many resturant. They have resturant but very limited options. Good value of money and peaceful stay. Recommended to pass through duqm rather then from / to Salalah - Muscat. Rather than Haima Route
