The room has everything I'm looking for usually, plus bonus things. Clean bed sheets and quilt, not fleece blankets Beds are the perfect firmness for me Set of bright lights for the day and also softer warmer lights for the evening. Set of clean towels Bathroom with high quality shower head and electric heater, hangers and hooks for towels and clothes. Also a floor squeegee. Closet with clothes hangers Electric kettle Enough space to do Yoga Private balcony with chair and little table, sheltered from the rain. Many power outlets conveniently placed Comfortable chairs and a little table. Good wifi signal Also the house is not too far from the road but not too close either so little traffic noise. There's a cafe restaurant on the roof with a great view and a chill vibe, and the food is very good. And the communication with the owners is smooth and easy. I was very satisfied so I asked to extend my stay there.

Not much to improve here. Maybe the floor could have been a little bit cleaner. Probably not the fastest internet connection but still more than enough for what I need.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The best part was how perfectly the location balanced fun and peace — it’s just a short walk to the lively public area where all the buzz and fun activities happen, and yet the homestay itself is tucked away in a calm, cozy corner. After a fun evening out, coming back to that peaceful vibe felt like a dream. The rooftop restaurant was the cherry on top — stunning 360° views of the mountains, paragliders in the sky, and birds chirping all around. A perfect little escape that gives you the best of both worlds.

There was nothing not to like about it. Absolutely loved everything .

Stayed at Dorjee House for 2 nights during a recent visit to Bir in July'2025. Rooms and bathroom are spacious , clean and hygienic . View from the room is spectacular. It is at walking distance from bus parking , market area and monasteries. Also there is rooftop cafe which serves tibetian food alongwith fastfood options.

I had booked a room on booking.com and booking was confirmed with a confirmation id that I received on my mail... But when I reached the location they told me there is no booking in my name... They have not been notified about the booking, it is not showing on their online platform and they don't have any vacant rooms
