The bed was good and so was the pull out couch our daughter slept on. The shower was nice and we liked the soap made out of leftover oranges. We closed the couch to watch the Olympics on one of the tv's and it was nice to not have to sit on the bed. Having a loft was nice to give privacy to our adult daughter and us. Really appreciated the bicycle parking sheds.

The bathroom has a glass door and windows (with shades on the windows but not on the door). There is also a bathtub on the loft. But the soap dispensers are on the wall of the shower stall downstairs, so not sure what you would do if you wanted to take a bath upstairs. Would make for an amusing comic routine of trying to get the liquid soap up the stairs to the tub. We had a prison decor. My husband was afraid of hitting his head on the metal door handle of the immense prison door bolted to the wall as a headboard. Whole hotel was a little over decorated.

Typical Dutch village hotel. Things work ok, price is reasonable, staff is friendly. Room was small but it had all you need for a single person.

Parking area is rather small and shared with resraurant guests. I got the only empty parking spot but next car after me had to go elsewhere. Later in evening there were more spaces as restaurant guests left, but then again if you come late you should make sure you have eaten or have snacks with you. Breakfast was typically small for these kinds of hotels.

Everything is just perfect. Staffs are caring and friendly. They tried to contact me by all means till late worrying that I cannot get into the room with the mobile key. The room is clean and comfy. The XL bathtub upstairs is stunning. My kids can enjoy the bubble bath in the tub and watch Netflix at the same time. It is rare to find air conditioned room in Netherlands

Everything, facilities, food, staff, location, everything. We came to go to the Assen TT and found it a very good base even though it is a little further away from the circuit. The buses ran regularly and on time, really good organisation. We will be back. Thank you.

Hotel restaurant in a village location. Large car park and bike store. Hotel entrance at rear of property. Lift to upper floor. Good evening food and breakfast. Nespresso machine in room.

fantastic location, very comfy stay, friendly staff, they also made sure that our bikes were secured overnight as we did a bike packing trip.

Very friendly staff, ready to go for the extra mile! Whether it was for a late checkout or breakfast, they were very helpful. Room with sauna in the back was great: very comfortable, clean with a private sauna at our disposal.

Not a big thing: the app for the room did not work, but that was solved immediately with a door key.

Room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I don't normally sleep very well when I'm away but I did here :)

Only one small thing that could have improved our stay would have been if the door to the bathroom was solid and not a window...

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would. I would stay here again and I will be recommending it to all me friends. Thank you and your staff for a wonderful weekend.
