Warm and welcoming staff. Room was well presented and cosy. Lovely Indian breakfast buffet. Is mostly Indian food but we are in India. The Indian food I ordered from room service was really excellent. Alas I ordered the fish and chips in the restaurant and it seems frozen crumbed fish has reached there. Stick to the Indian food. The front desk are so very kind and warm. It’s a well run pleasant hotel. And do try the gorgeous lassi they make. It is swirled with a bit of saffron. Maybe but so delicious.

From check in to check out , everything was smooth ...staff are very friendly . Property was very very clean . Hospitality was very wonderful and the best part overhere was its food in the Mehfil Restaurant. The food overhere is very very tasty and good . Also the breakfast has vast varieties. As far as room tariff is there , it's also very low ..Will surely recommend this hotel to everyone and will come to this property again in future also . Thank you Hira Inn for making the stay so wonderful and lovely . We really appreciate your hospitality and service .

Hotel was nice in a busy area.

The front office persons require training to deal with first time travellers in the city , the guy was rude to me since I was a woman asking him a lot of questions about the place and city

Hotel hira Inn is the best property in the entire Allahabad. Their service , food , hospitality is 5 star .They really value their customers and understand what they actually need . I will come again n again to this hotel .Very neat and clean hotel . Their breakfast is outstanding and fabulous. Once you enter in the hotel , you don't want to go anywhere .

Breakfast and food service is the best here . Went to lot of hotels in my journey in India but hotel Hira Inn is the best among all in terms of hospitality, food , staff behavior and budget friendly . I'll recommend everyone to visit here once if they are planning to come to Prayagraj. Hotel is very well maintained .

The hotel is modern clean and light. The staff are nice and friendly. The reception desk staff were warm and accommodating and the restaurant staff were clear and informative

Sometimes the breakfast was cold as they did not keep the dishes warm throughout the breakfast buffet. There were no windows, that's the only negative

Food is very tasty here. Rooms were very clean. Staff is very co-operative and do their work honestly.

Location is not so good. It is very far from railway station and other sights in Prayagraj. Also locality is not much safe if you late at night .

We stayed one night. Very clean hotel and by Indian standards it is exceptionally clean. Everything looks like in the pictures. Very good restaurant with great prices, great Indian breakfast buffet.

The staff doesn't speak English well, but they try very hard, they are helpful and nice.

Super clean and well maintained property .......We were surprised to see magnifying mirror and hair dryer in the bathroom . Generally you don't see such things in this budget or tariff . Also the bathroom was super clean and no spot were there in bed sheets .

The property is good and budget friendly...I stayed here after searching alot in Prayagraj. The breakfast and food have a lot of options .the staff are polite and services are mind blowing . I will surely recommend everyone to stay and experience their hospitality . Thank you Hira Inn .
