Good breakfast with wide selection. The hotel is located at the side of a main road and plenty of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff responses were prompt and courteous.

Did not provide two keys for the room, which vould be better when two people staying. Before my stay, I enquired about rate for car with driver for taking us around. On arrival, when I asked at the person at the reception, he told a much higher price. Anyway, we did not use the hotel car since I had another option,

Mr Divyanshu the Revenue Manager was very cooperative he is a large hearted thorough gentleman he agreed to let us stay five hours extra due to flight delay with no charges. Mr Debanjan Ray front office Manager immediately rectified our breakfast billing problem .Ma'am Baishaki Paul Guest Relations solved our problem at check in and personally escorted us to our room. The entire staff is very courteous and food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very luxurious..The hotel is well located with Malls and restaurants nearby. I am a senior citizen and was there with my family daughter and grandson. We will really remember our stay in this beautiful hotel because of their well mannered , courteous and helpful staff

I had booked for Superior room but on my arrival the hotel upgraded to Club, so that was great! The breakfast was fantastic ! Many options and the food was indeed tasty especially idli, sambhar and pancakes. I also ordered food from the hotel’s restaurant and again the food was good and authentic. Location wise, it was easy to book uber, there is a mall nearby (500 m) and the room service was also of high standards.

The Location is very much in midst of city. Well postioned Location. everything is near . lots of eateries for local cuisine and even continental. Shopping centres .

The booked me on smoking floor. they should be strict of not allowing smoking in the lobby of the floor. There were guest who were smoking at 2 am in morning. The whole stink was coming in our room.

A fairly new property. Clean, new and fresh. Loved having the gym to myself and loved using the modern equipment. The breakfast was superb - very good variety and taste.

The only thing that I had trouble was with - the key to my door had to be changed sach time I went out.

We had a fantastic experience at Arista by Ambition. The front desk staff, especially Baishaki, was super sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcomed. The hotel’s upkeep was excellent – very clean and hygienic throughout. Room service was top-notch, and overall, it was a great stay. Highly recommend!

Complication with TV operation. Had to call the technician and get the same checked. Should be easy to handle. Should be checked before alloting the room. Option for more channels to cater people from all over.

Complimentary breakfast could have been included. And apart from water bottles, some beverages could also be kept on the refrigerator ( chargeable though).
