We enjoyed the owners and staff. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food and service were very good. The rooms are very nice and the whole property has been recently upgraded. The entertainment on Saturday night was exceptional. We would have had a very different experience if the weather would have been better. We were not able to take tours due to the strong winds and rain during our stay.

Everything!!! We’ve done a lot of traveling around the world and this is one of those unique properties that truly makes vacationing effortless. Arnaud and Cedric took care of everything and have thought of everything. We cannot say enough! It is also a great value for all they provide.

Absolutely Nothing

The owners Arnault & Cedric and their dog Tahaa are beyond amazing!! We had an outstanding stay. Everything is flawless from the beauty of location, cleanliness and beautiful design and comfort of the room to the mouth watering food.. can’t recommend this place enough. Well worth it!!

The Opoa had a fantastic property, staff, and vibe. We absolutely loved they all-inclusive feel while still remaining a boutique property.

Although it's no fault of the hotel, the location compared to the airport is quite far. Fortunately, it's a beautiful drive!

Hospitality was great!!! The tahitian people were beautiful, friendly and very helpful. Accommodation was perfect and presentation was just stunning. Also had tahitian band/entertainment who were spectaculae. Maururu🌺🏝️

Boutique accommodation, beautiful rooms & just as described on the website

Poor choice of vegetarian food - bowl of cherry tomatoes & hard to eat papaya as a main meal. This was in response to asking for a special meal. Inconsistent staff / manager attitude toward guests.

The hotel staff is beyond phenomenal. They helped accommodate my food allergies. My husband raved about the regular dinner meal. The staff went absolutely over the top to help us work out a last minute fly cancelation. We wouldn't have made our international connection without their help and care. The local Moto is one of the better reefs/snorkling on the island. The rooms are wonderful.

The hotel met every expectation. The staff is amazing. Our French is passible but for non Francophones, travelers may find the hotel minimally challenging. That said, the language of the island is French, so travelers should expect to comprehend some French.

Food & room were both very good

There are very few dining options in the area so most people eat in their hotels. With that said I wished there were more daily specials to mix it up a bit. Also disappointed there was no real beach area.

Excellent continental breakfast. Location is 45-55 minute taxi ride from the airport in a gorgeous spot. The food and wine were top-notch. Thalia, the assistant manager who was in charge during our stay, was charming, efficient, attentive, and worked ceaselessly to see to everyone’s every need.

The Opoa Beach Resort may be my favorite place on earth. It is beautiful, peaceful and remote. Every view held beauty. The bungalows are charming and romantic. I hope to return there one day, and have already recommend it to others.
