Fantastic location! We stayed in a panorama Vista suite our first week and a gold suite our second week. The Vista suites have beautiful views, and are spacious,. Though some of the furniture could do with a refresh, we really enjoyed our stay in the Vista suite. The kitchen area and dining area are good, and the suite has a nice balcony. Lots of windows. The gold suite was spectacular, no issues. Extra spacious, with a very large living room, dining room and kitchen. Large master bedroom, good sized second bedroom and an ondol bedroom. Two bathrooms. Wrap around balcony. Lots of windows. Beautiful waterfront with boardwalks in both directions. Beautiful property! We loved walking around.

Lots of restaurants on property but overpriced compared to other nearby restaurants. Bakery goods are available, but the property is missing an actual bakery, like some other Sono properties. Sono Yeosu and Sono Geoje family suites have the same outdated furniture, and uncomfortable couches. Open garbage bin (4' x 8') was in the hallway next to our door in the Vista suite. Unfortunately I don't think they have another location for it. However, used by every one on the floor and emptied only once a week it seems. Given these issues we still rate our stay high because it's a fantastic property in a fantastic location. Would be 100+ out of 100 if resolved.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It dominates the beach. The rooms were clean, aircon working well. Each room has a seaview as promised. Enough of parking slots (although we visited before the high season). Hotel's yacht trip is a convenient way to travel around the bay. Coupon to the Geoje panorama cable car was the most generous gift from the hotel.

Wifi was working poorly. Breakfast too expensive. Also, all the entertaintment facilities in the hotel are not free and quiet expensive (e.g. 30 min sports game in the "kids cafe" for 11000 krw).

The view from our upgraded room was amazing.

Nice ocean views and unit was big. Like the basement parking and has restaurants just opposite of the resort. It has a nice water park, however, close early and too expensive for the size.

Does not provide bath towels !!! Staff was really nice though. When I told the staff i didn’t have bath towels and requested for extra hand towels, was surprised a staff sent over bath towels. My room was upgraded but looks like a downgrade to me though. While the unit is larger, one room comes with Tatami mattress and the mattress was very thin. The curtains also very thin and the room was so bright at 6am.

Breakfast buffet was great. The water park and outdoor pool were good.

The bed mattresses & pillows were uncomfortable. The indoorpool mentioned on website wasn't available or they removed it( the staff didn't clarify, they said they didn't have indoor pools).

They charge extra money if you request a regular towel ( they have hand towel size). It is an old hotel that has not had any renovations and is expensive.

Only small towels are provided. No cleaning service for 2 nights stay.
