Location was right by the night market which we attended every night! Two 7 11's are nearby. Near the beaches. Friendly people, good restaurants. Near express bus.

It was mostly good. We could have had more tea selections. The key card on the wall was falling off.

Location is good - the night market is on the big street - about 1 minute walk from the hotel. The beach is also nearby. There is no ocean view, but then again, the price also is not as high as it is for hotels with ocean view.

Parking situation: Hotel offers free parking to its guests in a nearby car park. I could not find it just from the info that hotel provided in the message, but FYI you have to pass the hotel and it will be a bit further to the left. The big problem at least for me was that I could not park the car near hotel just to go inside to check in, understand the parking arrangement and get a piece of paper to show the guy in the parking lot without somebody showing up and telling that the car cannot be parked there and has to be moved immediately. Had to move car 3 times before could go and check in. Not a good start. Facilities: There was a time when the facilities looked fresh, modern and colourful. Unfortunately that time has passed and in 2024 the rooms and furniture feel quite worn out. More general observations: The hotel is close to the beach and the beach is great apart from the fact that swimming is not allowed there. This however does not apply to guests of one other hotel that is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea. Beach where swimming is allowed is about 10 minutes down the road from the hotel.

The location is right near the busy night market area, and very convenient to run out for a snack or a cup of coffee. Even with this close proximity, the sound-proofing was excellent and we slept well at night. It's also close enough to walk to sit near the beach, we brought our breakfast there each morning and enjoyed the view. Our family size room was large and there were enough beds for everyone. Yeah! Kids even had a nice table space to do homework.

Though the room had been cleaned, it was not thorough and things are not updated on a regular basis. Expect to see mold in the bathroom, ants crawling around the trash, wall cancer on the walls, and plenty of dust under the beds. If you are not an immaculate housekeeper yourself and can overlook these things, then this place is excellent value for your money. The AC in the room worked, sort of. It would shut itself off after an hour or two and we would have to get up and turn it on again. It helped that our room was partially underground, so it stayed cool, even when we turned off the AC during the day. This is highly touristy area and prices reflect that. Expect to pay 30-50% more for EVERYTHING in the night market and restaurants located along this strip. Even though the night market is large, it is basically the same general stalls repeated over and over selling the same items, so the selection is actually rather limited. This is not the B&B's fault, just a general comment on the area.
