Nice location, a few minutes away from the night market and the beautiful temples and 16 minutes by walk from the bus station. Big room, very clean, with a fridge and a kettle and big towels available for free. The lady was very kind and she also offers a breakfast with loaf bred and jam at her café right in front of the rooms.

A little bit pricey

The guesthouse was very nice, located close to the lake and night market. The staff were very friendly and on my last day the provided me with a free ride to the airport. Breakfast is not included, still, you can have coffee, juices, bread, butter and jams and banana free of charge. For more "sofisticated" breakfast you should pay a small money. The Internet connection was very good and rapid. I have tried food in different resturants in Mae Hong Son, but was particularly pleased with lunces that I had in P.L.P, and the price was also very reasonable. In general, if I go to Mae Hong Son again I will go to P.L.P guesthouse, and I would recommend it strongly!

It’s located on a quiet street, giving customers a great opportunity to get some deep and uninterrupted sleep! Its situated right in the centre of the town, 2 mins from the lake (next to the beautiful temples), 4 mins from a 7/11 and only a 15 min walk to the bus station. They also offer free mini breakfast (jam sandwiches, fruit and coffee/tea)

Walls were a little thin and the bathroom smelt a little funky so we had to air out the room for half an hour

Great location - close to the mountain temple and the center of town. Very easy to walk to bus stop and everywhere else. Nice to have free toast and coffee in the morning at the cafe across the road

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, and the power kept tripping on and off when I had a shower but apart from that nothing!

Stay in standard twin fan room. Two water bottles, travel soap & shampoo provided, towels. Surprisingly they have fridge in the room. Even though now is low seasons (burning season), night time still cold. So fan works fine. Just day time bit hot. But, as traveller, normally we will be out day time. Great location. Lady in the coffee shop so nice. She even store my luggage for one day for free as i doing my ban rak thai tour by bike.

Central yet peaceful location.Wonderful host couple.Good wifi.A common outdoor area.Laundromat.Double fan room nr 5 compared with twin fan room was in better shape and much cosier,with a window that had partial mountain views.I got a good price.

Quality of the rooms vary.I first stayed in twin fan room nr 4,and it needed renovation, especially bathroom walls.

Everything was nice. The owner was super friendly. Coffee and toast for breakfast was more than ok. I would stay here again.

I requested an extra night and it was granted. But I was forced into a new room which was exactly like the one I had the two days prior. Extra packing. It was just a tad perplexing but again I would stay here again.

Location. Great value. Pretty good brewed coffee too. Also helpful caring owner. He fixed our TV. Was very apologetic.

The doors to all bathrooms needed to be oiled because they creaked badly. I could have said something and they probably would have fixed them, but so could the cleaning staff.

This guesthouse is in a quiet location close to the night market and main shopping street . The pleasant English speaking host also runs a good little breakfast / lunch restaurant on the opposite side of the lane.

Good place in a quiet neighborhood but also not far from the city center. Parking spot on premises right in front. Friendly service.

It's not possible to use few electronic devices at the same time, e.g. boiler and AC (electricity circuit safety brakes).
