Excellent location, a room with a sea view — just perfect! The restaurant is great, both on the terrace and inside it feels very cozy. Delicious breakfasts. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to brew fresh tea myself — a real treat for all tea lovers! Pets are welcome, there’s a jacuzzi and a private pool, as well as a separate fenced and guarded part of the beach with sun loungers and direct access to the sea. The atmosphere is enhanced by the feeling that the castle is over 100 years old. From now on, if I come to Łeba, it will only be to Zamek :)

The restaurant, bar, and lobby are not open 24/7 or even until 1:00 a.m. You can’t sit downstairs on the sofas, as this hall gets closed. For me, this was a bit strange, because on vacation you try to enjoy every moment, and after spending the evening strolling around the town, by 11:00 p.m. the hotel bar was already closed, and we weren’t allowed to sit quietly and talk in the beautiful armchairs either. I would also suggest replacing the balcony furniture — the simple plastic chairs — with something more stylish to match the status of the Castle. These are areas for improvement, but overall the impressions are very positive!

The Zamek Leba Resort and Spa was just wonderful! We had a fantastic time and will visit this gorgeous place again! The whole resort is very tastefully furnished and everything is spotlessly clean and very well maintained! Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was very comfortable. The staff was superb and made our stay special! The reception staff was so friendly, the waiter knowledgeable about wine, the cook just great... For the first two days we didn't even leave the hotel - we felt so welcome, comfortable and happy! The sauna and pool are wonderful - one of the saunas has a view of the sea - wow!

1: food neither breakfast nor dinner was tasty it was extremely salty for this level of the hotel the breakfast was poor. 2: hotel stuff was also 7/10. let me explain why. 21:30 they said that jacuzzi already closed, sorry. but it should work until 22:00. second I contacted them in advance about the fridge in the room, aka mini bar where we could put the birthday cake, they answered that OUR room doesn’t have a fridge. if we want to, we could upgrade the room with +400 pl per day.!! so 2 days before the trip we’ve bought the car-fridge but… it turns out that our room (I guess as all other room) DO have a minibar where we could put cake potentially. I was sad about it

One of the very few hotels on the Polish Baltic coast that is actually right on the beach. Excellent location. The breakfast is excellent. The facilities were very clean. The staff were polite and efficient.

The food in the restaurant that is in and part of the hotel is only average. The bathroom in our room was small but definitely adequate.

In short: beautiful location, well preserved Kurhaus hotel, great staff, cool Baltic. Outdoor sauna with a sea view was a life saver after a long trip. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed is comfortable, balcony has a beautiful view of the sea. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Parking is easy and safe.

Exceptional location on top of the dunes, overlooking the beach. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and private beach. Very good choice of food and drinks for breakfast. Quiet hide-away in elsewhere busy Leba.

Restaurant "Neptun" would benefit from wider selection of main courses, e. g. catch of the day.

The location, surroundings and facility are beautiful. the Staff were very friendly, some exceptionally helpful and supportive, always with a smile and open for a chat. exceptional breakfast buffet and very comfortable beds and relaxing spa.

1. the light coloured carpets, not sure if it is a good idea as overtime it stained and unless properly washed it gives a look of being very dirty. 2. Number of drapes on windows and headboard next to the bed, being covered with thick material is prone to be covered in dust, which for allergies are brutal 3. some of the dishes in the restaurant were quite salty 4. few of the request around dishes (pure instead of hard boiled potatoes) despite being told is possible, was not done or noticed by staff before serving. seems there is a disconnect between waiters and kitchen at times

Perfect location just on the sea coast. Great sea view from most of the rooms. Perfect restaurant! (The best duck we've ate in PL during the last 5 few years), good local beer. Beach access from the hotel. Słowiński Park is few minutes by car from here.

Small bath. This is not critical for us, however this bathroom was really small. In a season this hotel is too expensive ( in winter it's great value for money) Breakfast was ok (not bad at all, however just "ok", which is maybe a bit below hotel premium level)

This hotel located in a wonderful, magical spot. Never forget the 5 days I spent here. Thank you for the incredible friendly staff for helping me in any questions, requests.

Exceptional location, attentive staff and delicious breakfast with vast choice of dishes. Equally delicious dinner menu with the Chef personally taking interest in the guests feedback and opinions. One of those places that keeps us coming back

As this is a character property, access is via many steps and therefore a porter to help with luggage would have been helpful
