Clean and tidy hotel, staff at reception were very welcoming at check in especially the lady who gave me the fruit basket sorry I didn’t catch her name but her English was very good, also Zhang Qinyu the breakfast server was very helpful she chatted with me and my girlfriend, it was a big difference from holiday Inn Shanghai as nobody talked to us there, but at Zhangjiagang holiday inn staff were more friendly, thank you

Nothing it was a very pleasant stay

The hotel is located in a commercial area in the suburb of Zhangjiagang. The business that i wanted to visit was located close by and as such the hotel was conveniently located. Rooms are small and comfortable.

The food options are limited and there is no room service. When i was staying there some noisy construction was going on nearby which started quite early.

Lovely and kind People. Mr Robot knocking at my door to deliver bottles of water to drink. I think I exaggerated so that I can see robot doing room service

The fact that I couldn't speak Chinese

Very friendly staff, very clean and nice rooms. Good value for the price.

Halal food was not available for the breakfast, very limited options for muslims.

Since i am a Pure vegetarian, I feel that Hotel should have choice in Breakfast for people like us.

Breakfast & A Microwave for self cooking for pure vegeterian

Surprisingly even the breakfast is simple but at least can fulfill my basic requirement in breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some of decoration part in the room should be repaired or replaced. Cleanliness is OK.
