Mr.Rajesh Nath & staff made my Dad 98 years & self stay awesome. Mr.Deepak 'Front Office' grasping power, in attending & assisting was excellent. Ms.Neha 'Front Office' was also very helpful & did an exceptional very fast check in & explained hotel policy in a nut shell.👍 Mr.Saicharan ' Welcome Cafe's very attentive & excellent service, very polite. Good evening special I should mention who was worked in the reception, the name called Mr. Mahash , first impression give to me and most important things is with wonderful smile having with me a chat and it was like he knows before like a friend and brother. And also the I should remind the restaurant manager with his team. It's my first visit to guntur stay at your hotel. It really familiar to me with all of the staff. In the good part of the bustling town, once you are inside it does not reflect any of the hustle bustle. Great breakfast. Very well mannered and helpful staff. Met the GM. Mr. Rajesh Nath. High quality hotel in Guntur offering good 5 star service

We had to complain to the manager regarding some issues and they were quite responsive but it would have been better if the room was not checked properly and the bathtub was leaking. Management response was quick and helpful but this could have been avoided.

The room and facilities are good, and the services are also good

There was the negative energy in every room if we see the photo frames Its very bad to see, How we are entered into the room to take rest and piece of mind But we didn't receive the piece of mind when we see the photo albums of all

Breakfast was very good, above all the staff was very good and friendly. Staff arranged a meeting with chef, who provided me with the recipes for chutneys .

The staff at pool and spa was not pleasant, while using pool one of the staff kept hovering around the pool. Which was not appropriate.

The staff is amazing especially MR Rajesh, I haven't come across anyone so far in my life. The best manager and the best team. staff Deepak and all in dining area are well trained and extremely helpful. Beyond expectation.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life and quite a surprise for Guntur, which is a relatively small Indian city. Design and decoration was exquisite, the staff was exceedingly attentive and food was very good. I wish I would have to go back to Guntur for work only to stay in this hotel again.
