From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of exceptional modern and pop art. Every corner of this historic palazzo is thoughtfully curated by Emanuela, the owner and main artist behind the stunning artworks, and frescoes that fill the hotel. Her artistic eye has transformed each room into a living museum. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, with friendly and attentive service that made us feel right at home. The shower walls and ceramic tiles were an unexpected delight—full of fun, creative touches that added to the experience. Food was another highlight and we were treated to delicious homemade cakes and drinks, all included. Thank you, Emanuela, Incoronata, and Luca, for creating such a unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience. We can’t wait to come back to this extraordinary place! Love, love, loved it!

We slept in the suite where vittorio Emmanuele secondo slept. Beautiful palazzo

We arrived late in the evening and had to wait for the owner to come because no staff stays overnight at the palazzo. We were lucky that had a phone chip and could message or call the owner to come open the door for us. Also it is located in the historic part of campobasso so driving is tough and parking impossible, we had a ticket the first night and went to the commune to pay it but could not and it became an ordeal to pay the ticket.

Fantastic location to visit the historic centre of Campobasso, and also for the choice of many good restaurants and points of interest. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, with suggestions and making dinner reservations. When we arrived Luca helped with the bags and then went with us to show where to park the car. The suite was comfortable, breakfast excellent variety and flavour. A very pleasing touch was our ability to make tea or coffee, get fruit juice and snacks from the kitchen as we liked.

This is an elegant historic building, with a modern curated decorative touches---interesting paintings of the walls, furniture that reflects a modernist decorator sensibility, and a staircase that says this is a power location. The neighborhood is full of fine dining destinations, a few minutes walk up a steep hill will give a historical panorama of the town's evolution. Breakfast with fresh baked goods and custom coffee, toast and eggs on order. Friendly staff.

Wi-fi service was intermittent. Management was responsive initially, but the problem persisted. The stairs to the palazzo are a challenge for older folks.

Beautifully designed space, friendly and accommodating service, and top notch amenities. Had a very comfortable 5 night stay while visiting family in the region, will definitely be back. The location is great for exploring the very charming Campobosso/Molise Region.

There is parking available “nearby”, but it’s not always easy to find. The breakfast service was fairly basic, but also typical for the region (Italians aren’t big on breakfast).

This is a Campobasso palace, located right in the center of the old city, the facilities are articulated and interesting, the balcony is awesome, the art on the walls and around the place - wonderful. breakfast was very good.

Great mix of modern and antique. The palazzo is 4-5 centuries old and still well preserved thanks to a conservative renovation. The owner and the support team very friendly and kind. Perfect location to explore the city.

We loved the grandeur of the Palazzo Cannavina. The decor is exceptional with great attention to detail. The property is in a good location for both the new town and the higher old town. Luca helped us when we arrived and his English was very good. Access to the kitchen for making tea, etc. is good and there is a lovely terrace garden outside the breakfast room.

Excellent. Beautifully decorated rooms with many works of art by the artist who also owns the hotel. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Object is in the very center of the city. Very clean and tidy.

The motto of this place is ‘sleep in art’ and it really feels like you broke into a gorgeous gallery to spend the night. Very comfortable, central and totally unique.
