Great choice of activities for all age of kids. Very lovely kind staff, accommodating and understanding when it comes to Kids

Had an issue with our shower, day/night before a wedding and sleepy toddler was not idea which added a lot of stress before our big day. It has been fixed but still issue and had to make sure we don’t overuse the shower as it was overflowing through the door.

We visited for a family vacation and had a great time, there are many activities for all ages. Really enjoyed visiting the Ecopark. And the design of the hotel and it's grounds is remarkable

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. we really enjoyed the spa, zoo and horse riding. also nice surprise was bowling and ping pong. Also we where nicely surprised that stuff prepared a bad for the dog as well as the bowl for food :)

Restaurant is overpriced. Food where not that good. And unfortunately you don’t have any other options. Second restaurant was closed, there are no shops nearby

Great facility with lots of things you can do. Tennis, Bowling, Ping pong, swimming pools. Also the Ecopark is really great with the bistro. It was really very relaxing. Good restaurant as well and very friendly staff.

Small details in the room like perfume for the bed, a nice pool, and its territory, an amazing zoo, and horses.

Limited breakfast options, no help from the staff, and crazy navigation (better say no navigation) in the hotel on such huge territory.

Everything was amazing, looking forward to come back! Very kind and professional staff, child friendly environment, beautiful warm pools, nature around and animals. We loved it.

price a bit high, especialy spa you need to pay extra even if you stay in house guest. you cannot have batter room- pitty, no bath in room only shower, all rooms same. horse ride only till 4- pitty. animals zoo only till 5. i called to reception few times before our arriving and they told me not exactly right informations about my questions. like that horses you need to book day before etc, we didnt know that. and generall , for how big spaces they have with horses, it shoud be more posibility riding them, not only inside etc.

Great food and service. The facilities exceeded our expectations, it was a peaceful weekend surrounded by nature! 100% recommend this place!

Breakfast was fabulous, it was variete ,complete and very good. The wellness was wonderful, we would probably stay there all day.
