Friendly staff, always new exciting options at breakfast. Free car parking, with lots of space

Had to ask for soap and toilet roll on two separate occasions but was dealt with quickly

Breakfast if great! A continental breakfast buffet enhanced with delicious cakes prepared by the master hand of Susana and a lot of servers willing to make your mornings great. The landscape at the swimming pool is much better than we expected due to the riverside at the end. And if you have a room with a view in this direction, then your stay will be more than great. I appreciate Susana's support in allowing us to upgrade our room to have this magnificent view with a big discount.

Rooms a bit small (not too small but...)

The room is spotless and quiet. The hotel provides good-quality shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and hand soap, which wouldn't make long hair or skin extremely dry.

The pillows could be improved. One pillow feels too flat, but using two is too high.

I booked Rizzu to sttend a congress in the convention centre. I felt very much welcomed . Breakfast is spectacular.

Chair in the room is fine for quick meals. But to stay seated fornlonger, working, it is not comfortable.

An amazing hotel. Very modern, clean, extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast too. I was very impressed by the originality of the rooms and how every space was designed. It goes beyond regular Brazilian standards. Great synergy between Brazilian and European standards. I will definetly come back and strongly recommend it.

The river view is good. And the bed is very soft. The equipment was ok.

The hotel is managed by the owners. We felt very comfortable. The breakfast is nice as well as the decoration. Congrats!

very long time for check-in

The access to nature is fantastic, with a park and a river nearby. • The pool area, though small, has a pleasant environment. • Sunny days made outdoor seating enjoyable. • The room design is as good as it can be given the space constraints. • The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-orchestrated.

The staff seemed distant and unwelcoming, which was surprising given the low number of guests. • The lobby, despite its design, did not inspire me to sit there. • The kitchen and breakfast area are nice and small with a limited buffet that is not typical for Brazil. • The standard room felt claustrophobic without a view, and the internet connection was not sufficient for working from the room.
