Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location Love the decoration, the cleaning staff is accomodating on requests, food is really good, room service also fast and good Front desk super friendly and willing to help.

Just a comment on the breakfast, if it says until.10:30 am it would be good to have available food, we went at 10 am and everything was gone, we had to wait, it was really good food just based on the occupancy have some extra food for the ones who sleep late.

Unique Hacienda Design

Partition between rooms were on the light side since the noise from the tv next door prevented us from catching an early rest. Perhaps should consider installing blue lights for bugs control since in the evening there seem to be a bit of mosquitos around. Considere that currently there is a Dengue problem.

The breakfast was very good, very Panamanian, I would only point out that there should be more Chicharron and Hojaldres bc if you go to have a late breakfast your options will be more limited.

The shower didn't have hot water it was more like fresh not so cold water but I would expect it to have hot water as everywhere else. Although I never mentioned it to the staff

The staff was attentive and welcoming

The light on the hall comes through -all night- a crystal window above the entrance door. Impossible to sleep when the room is half lit. I hope they cover those windows or do something about it. My room was 3111.

Very comfortable hotel, open space, nice pool, good breakfast

Stop asking for ID to toddlers, doesn't make much sense. I came with my daughter 3 years old and they wanted to see ID. They are not even legally require to have ID in the country.

The location is easy to go to different places in the area

I don’t like the return when you going to Laa Tablas or another town in the area how you need to make the return for going back to the hotel

Loved the rustic appearance etc.

The sound of the trucks and the engine brakes on the road on front of the hotel..this is a problem in Panama the attt should monitor this. Not what the customer is paying for.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, we love the hotel and view next to the chapel, breakfast was good but they can improve it

Pillows were too hard for my neck

Very cosy, actually luxury hotel or at least they try to be.

For this kind of hotel I would expect better matraces.
