The staff called to update us that the rooms we booked weren't available, that there were only king rooms available. We appreciated the time to decide what we would do. The sofa beds in the king rooms turned out to be big enough for two children, so it all worked out well. We loved the big rooms with big desk and bench and side table, easy to unpack and use our things without feeling cluttered.

Hot tub wasn't working. We had booked rooms way ahead of time with two beds and then none were available, had to use rooms with one king bed.

the staff was friendly and smiling. that is a plus in my book. The room was clean but just a bit noisy. What I thought was a great touch was that when I went up front to buy some bottled water and person at the front stated that they were on the house. AWESOME!!!

when a room is requested and reservations are made via the website or other, a question should be asked about what type of room is requested. I am a light sleeper and I am a member of another chain. this room was on the first floor which I usually never stay at. One that level is noisy as it is on street level, I always usually wake up as I am a light sleeper. I almost told my husband that I wanted to leave. He said, "No" let's give it a try. other than that all was good. Lastly, 2 bath towels didn't cut it. 4 would have been nice as I had to go to the front desk and request 2 more.

I Liked The Stay Overall. Beds Were Very Comfortable. Our Room Was Nice And Clean. The Breakfast Was Amazing Lots Of Varieties To Choose From. The Staff Was Very Attentive And Polite.

I Don't Have Anything Negative To Say About This Hotel. Everything Was Perfect!

The two best staff people were Katie and Kristina I think that's how you spell the names. They always smiled when we saw them. Always said hi. Helped me with anything I needed help with. Weather it was to print something or just helping me understand were things were in the hotel. I EVEN SAW KATIE HELP OTHERS WHO ASKED IF THEY HAD ROOMS LOOK AN CALL AROUND FOR A ROOM AT ANOTHER LOCATION CAUSE THEY WERE ALL BOOKED!!!! THAT IS AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE.......I have stayed before an other staff wasn't as jolly an interactive like them. My last stay SUCKED. BUT BECAUSE OF THEM I WOULD SAY MY STAY WAS GREAT THIS TIME. I would hope to see them again in December!!!

Sinks an tub had hair so did my own cleaning before letting my kids use it. Due to dealing with how great Katie and Kristina were I don't even care to let this be the reason for a bad stay.

We traveled by motorcycle and arrived early due to the Texas heat. They were very accommodating in letting us check in early and park the motorcycle under the covered entrance.

The hot tub wasn’t working and possibly the pool wasn’t working properly (water level was below functional level).

The breakfast had plenty of options available. Making the reservation while we were on the road was another benefit for us.

Our only dislike was our room heater. It was a bit on the noisy side.

I loved the blue wall and how the bed was positioned in the room. It was spacious and welcoming.

I did not like that there were no hooks on which to hang a towel for easy reach from the shower. I did not like that the shower door made a mess of water on the floor when you get out of the shower. I did not like there were no towels on the towel bar.

It was the best place to stay in town and you can see it from the outside. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff was courteous and helpful. The building was quiet and clean with ample parking. We'd definitely stay again!

The location was good as it was off the main road, however, there was an opening through the fence that led to the truck stop and made it feel a bit less safe due to the amount of traffic. The back parking lot did not feel like it was part of the establishment. A supervisor with the new staff would help, at 1AM all you're thinking about is checking in quickly and getting some rest.

It's a very convenient place to stay on our way back home.

The breakfast area was a bit chaotic but we understand that the reason was the Thanksgiving holiday.

Clean, comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Nice to have cookies and coffee available in reception area.

Breakfast could have been better. Not a good selection for a hot breakfast.
