Extended stay and moved up in room as my room was given to someone or some confusion but was not sure if I could keep room

told to put room key on phone and had to download app and use data onto phone and would rather have a card. I selected a double queen for having my mother room with me while in town but she did not want to anyway so I got to keep the upgrade. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me.

The pool was disappointing, water frequently covered the back walkway making using the rear door an unpleasant affair. The bed was a bit squeaky. The work table provided was directly next to the ac making it uncomfortable to sit at. One of the receptionist seemed to take long and frequent breaks.

I liked the location, the room was clean, cold a/c, friendly and accommodating staff and on top of it all a hot breakfast! Thank you!l

Staff was great breakfast was good layout of the room was good shampoo conditioner body wash was good location was great quiet.

Beds and bedding are not comfortable and elevator got stuck several times used the stairs and carpet was not vacuumed at all nor in the hallways of theirs floor

The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. They were not only extremely friendly and helpful at check-in, but went above and beyond with everything that was asked of them. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel was terrific. They had everything the way I needed it . It was wonderful to be close to elevator . I have an issue with walking and have to use a cane or walking chair so my request was taken care of before checking in. We had our dog with us an they have a dog park out back for them. It was a fast trip, but accommodation were perfect.

Felt dated - They were playing a really awful royalty-free music video in the lobby 24/7, but that wasn’t that bad.

The room was comfortable and spaces. The beds were comfortable best sleep I have had for quite awhile.

Juice machine wasn't working that morning and I love juice. It's life

Your staff was truly what made our stay special, the senior citizen breakfast lady was so very kind to us and a family with two aistic children, her kindness moved us all

Perfect location surrounded by restaraunts and activities yet still quiet . Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful and assisted me with a problem and provided a solution for me. Big soft beds very comfortable and a spacious bathroom area

Pillows. I like the big fluffy pillows they provide 3 shorter pillows. Not a deal breaker just a preference
