Amazing staff, very helpful and courteous and food was great as well. Value for money.

Our primary purpose of visiting Jamnagar was to go to Narara island and this hotel was a little far from that and also from the main city. But, we later realized it is one of the best locations possibly, with a good mall and theatre nearby.

This one meets the Fern standards in all aspects. The buffet lunch was very good at the price point. The breakfast was also very good. Overall the rooms are of good size. Have all facilities available and in working condition. There is ample parking. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Overall is a very good place to choose to stay

The place is away from main Jamnagar town on the highway. Thats the only downside to it.

Service was much better than last time. Rooms were also much much better maintained. Could be because I was upgraded to a suite?? But it was good.

Housekeeping has to pull up their socks. Toilet paper was over and they didn’t add one. I had to call and request for one. Normally all hotels keep one extra roll. Food quality in the breakfast was ok. Spread was really good. Lot of non veg items mentioned in the in room dining weren’t there.

The location is very good. Rooms are spacious, excellent breakfast with lots of varieties south indian, Gujarati and continental. Services offered by the hotel are very good

Bathroom fixtures are a little old. In my room I faced the problem of bathrooms waterlogging.

The rooms need updating and cleaning needs to be paid attention to. There was dust everywhere and especially the bathroom panels need good clean as well as common wash room

Clean rooms, accommodating staff. Slightly out of town so further to travel . Management were very accommodating and met with our request as best and as fast as they could. Food in the white sands restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable, when we ate there

On one occasion is asked for tea and coffee to be sent to my room this took over an hour. More variety in the breakfast menu. Same stuff on a daily basis.

Hospitality provided by staffs were excellent and I recommend to visit again when we come Jamnagar

Since we are from South region , breakfast was not satisfactory but I would not blame the hotel and management. Just a feedback

The staff is cordial and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Shopping, Movie cinema, gaming zone, and Go carting within the same comple x is a plus point.

The mattresses are a bit soft.
