The rooms were fresh and clean. It felt safe and common areas and pool were also in good condition.

The view from the room could improve, we did not use the otherwise nice balcony at all due to this. Some flowers and paint would do the trick. The sink and shower was okay but not working perfectly.

Super friendly staff, very clean, beautiful interior and excellent breakfast. The ferry was working only in the afternoon due to strong winds in the morning and they kindly offered late check out. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved the service, top quality! It has been one of the best places i'ves stayed in all my travels. Great attention, facilities, the pool was exquisite and the drinks the best I've tried.

Great location close to the Vila with many restaurants and shops. Besides the hotel, they have a great restaurant in the front, one of my favorites in Ilhabela, and a bar by the beach across the street. All very convenient. The location is also great for walks along the beach.

My stay being so short.

Staff was so supportive and nice. Breakfast was indeed superb (they make eggs, omlets and tapioca for you once you arrive per your request). We could use the swimming pool until 9pm. Location was awesome as well, as at the beach in front we saw the most turtles during the whole our stay and it was 2 minute walk to the place with organized trips.

Very stylish and beautiful place. Super friendly stuff. And the best tapioca with cheese and vegetables I have ever tried 😋

Location was opposite a lovely beach ,the outdoor pool was heated ,the gardens well tended ,and the staff friendly and helpful ,breakfast had lovely choices .

There was nothing at all that we did not like
