Location and room is very good..The room is mountain facing , large and comfortable.Attendent was very smart and helpful.In fact all the staff themselves are quite co-operative and took care of us being senior citizen. We enjoyed the stay for 3 days.

We cannot say anything which ls adverse.

The breakfast was complementary and with multiple options. The location was beautiful and Mt. Kanchanjangha was visible right from the hotel bed. Hospitality experience during check-in, check-out, room service, housekeeping etc was very much pleasing and had a touch of professionalism. The Garden, The Restaurant and The Temple within the hotel premises made the place more attractive.

There is always room for improvement in the hospitality business. The car parking space within the premises was very tight. This issue is addressable and Management need to look into this.

The rooms were clean, the food was good, hospitable staffs, the hotel ambience was really good.

The service could be extended by providing toiletries and a complimentary bottle of water. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.
