The best hotel in Zonguldak Nice room and good breakfast Staff was very friendly and helpful except the cleaning team

Cleaners were horrible - operationally and functionally One day I had to ask them to clean my room 4 times - first time was at 11am and got my room cleaned only at 5pm after the escalation to reception team Quality of cleaning was also very poor - I had baklava crumbs in the carpet for 3 days untouched - every time she just put an armchair above it so it would not be visible

Great location, room, and clean facilities.

Central AC for the entire building, which they did not turn on because it was still “winter mode” but it was end-of-May start of summer, and 30 degrees Celsius in the day time. They said they would provide a fan, but never did. They also said they would turn the AC on after our complaint about the heat, but they still never did.

The property was great the front of house staff were fabulous from check in to check out ! The breakfast was great fabulous variety!

My only criticism was that the bathroom door didn’t close and the second day of our stay for some reason we were only given one cup , one glass and one hand towel which was odd . And for some people like us we like to have more than one hot drink so the complimentary creamers and teas , coffees one each isn’t adequate

Beautiful hotel with outstanding facilities and nice stuff. Sibel was very nice, polite, very professional.

Pillows must have been softer, bathrooms don't have ventilation, you can feel smoke smell in toilet, coming from other nearby suites, due to lack of ventilation, but all these minor things do not interfere with the comfort the hotel provides.

The room was exactly how I had imagined it, maybe even bigger! The view was amazing.. so much room for our kids to play, a separate bedroom (other hotels our son would sleep in the sitting area but here there was a futon bed in the bedroom) and baby bed upon request. Plenty of closets to put away things. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The jacuzzi was amazing.. We went to the mall to buy bath bombs for the kids. There is a huge shopping mall next to the hotel, there is a parking lot outside for the hotel guests and also a closed parking for the mall that you can use as well. The breakfast was very nice, you can order eggs fresh how you like them. Food in the rooftop restaurant was also excellent, good wine and cocktails as well! We didn't use the pool (we had one in our room :p) but it looked very beautiful and clean!

no espresso machine in the room, only 'nescafé' (disposable to have coffee to go was nice!) A little weird that the water was in disposable cups for breakfast, i prefer drinking from a glass. Not much towels (only 2 and we were 2 adults and 2 children) but optional we could ask for extra. baby beds were provided but were old. One of them was not safe anymore - would be better to replace them. The bath was amazing but took very long to fill, maybe a high debet faucet would be better ;) no mall entrance from the hotel, you have to go outside first. We wanted to get a massage but sadly they were fully booked on the day we arrived (Sunday) and were closed on Monday. We were leaving again tuesday morning so sadly were not able to book.

It was BEST of everything. The staff, chefs, receptionist were everyone was so friendly and taking care of you with warmly^^ i loved it so much and the rooms also really good new and comfortable as well, breakfast was amazing, delicious. Very well recommended place absolutely. If you ever come to Zonguldak choose this place for sure

Nothing cuz everything was perfect

In one word (we liked) everything!!! The staff, the room, the view to the Black sea! We also took advantage of the spa services and it was an amazing experience. The massage was superb and the experience in hammam was amazing. We enjoyed in the variety of food for breakfast and it was quite hard decision which food to choose from the buffet. We will be back in Zonguldak for sure and Dedeman hotel will be our choice of staying for sure.

The hotel is very clean, large size rooms with an outstanding location. The valet parking was excellent! the front desk reception Gungor is EXCELLENT! he checked us in 2 rooms quickly. he was very professional! very knowledgeable of the area and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Lovely views from the hotel (and not affected very much by the shopping centres), especially from the roof top restaurant, Zonguldak looks great at night and the hotel offers a great view of the surroundings and the Black sea. Carparking very good at the hotel. Worth a visit.

Hotel is wrapped around by a busy shopping centre, made finding the hotel a bit difficult and confusing as the hotel is hidden by the two centres, but once you find it, you have it. No zero alcohol beverages available.

We loved the magnificent view. The room upgrade was a pleasant surprice that made our stay even better. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind, the breakfast at the roof terrace was excellent.
