Interesting place, nice room, great bed, good bathroom, eclectic decor. Excellent breakfast for an additional 8 euro. Great value near Cannes where I later found that the Film Festival was in full swing. There is a bus service into Cannes from a few metres away.

After 3 days of autoroute driving, I was looking forward to eating in the hotel, but the restaurant was closed due to an emergency. The area seems geared to lunchtime eating, I ended up bringing Sicilian takeaway back to the room. There was a written notice on the hotel door in French which I understood to say to use the access code sent to those who had a booking, I received no such code. Thankfully I was able to call the emergency number on the notice to be let in. A bit stressful when this could have been done better, I briefly thought the whole place was shut. How about a doorbell as there were several staff inside :⁠-⁠)

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice view from rear. Quiet if you do not have noisy neighbors as walls are thin.

Rooms are not isolated so noise can be heard from other next by rooms. Glass door in the bathroom was unstable and ventilation from the bathroom could not be switched off as it is connected to the light.

It was excellent location hotel with amazing welcoming when I came into room. It was neat and tidy. The view from the window onto the main street was like from romantic movie. I came late at night so the Owner gave me codes to access the facility. The surrounding area is secured by cameras, so everyone can feel safe. At last, my feelings for the place are positive, classy place in low price. Hope I'll come here again.

Since I was traveling in business, my need is to get an invoice for staying at the hotel, so I can get money back for it. Instead, I was given a bill and been told that this is "facture". That's why it's 9/10 not 10. I'm not stupid.

Very friendly staff, great and quiet place, room with conditioner and balcony. Hotel has private parking place but in case it’s full there is free parking just next to the hotel.

It’s very good value for money. Useful base if you are driving with secure parking. The hosts were friendly and helpful and very nice breakfast. We found some nice beaches within 10 minutes drive

The room was cosy, with a comfortable bed and a nice terrace. The neighborhood was quiet and the personnel was very friendly. I recommend the place!

Fast check in/out, friendly staff, great location, good facilities, comfortable bed, chilly room - great in the summer (AC was already on when I got in), good size room (I don't think you need a bigger one when your're in vacation anyway).

Indeed you can hear your neighbours (mostly in the evening, during the day it's pretty quiet) but I personally didn't mind it.
