The location was excellent. Parking convenient to elevator. Adjoining restaurant convenient. Hotel balcony view was stunning and beautiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom modern. Breakfast had great selection. Service was quick & friendly & helpful. Would stay here again. WiFi had no problems.

We loved the comfort of the hotel. It felt like a lodge more than a hotel which we enjoyed. All of the facilities were great, like the boot drying room, ski/snowboard storage, and the buffet style breakfast. Staff was also super friendly and they were able to purchase our lift tickets from the front desk.

The rooms feel a little bit outdated. Also we purchased an upgraded comfort room under the assumption that we’d be in a room with a bathtub which was not the case.

The hotel was in a good location for the ski bus and pubs and restaurants. Lovely spa and jets in the shower in the room was a nice surprise

We Loved the wellness part of it. After a week o hiking this is what we needed :) Super friendly staff, free parking and nice breakfast with good coffee.

We were there during the skiing off-season (April 22) so we went skiing to Hintertux Gletscher. Hotel is in convenient location (around 15 minutes by skibus with bus stop few meters from the hotel). Spacious apartment with nice balcony.

Good Breakfast. Staff helpful and friendly. Had a problem with noise from the bar downstairs for the first two night but when we told the management they sorted it out. Seems the bar should shut at 12am so the 1:30am disco wasn’t supposed to have happened! No issue with noise after that.
