The property was very clean and new looking, very fresh. Bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic 2 min walk to the beach. Great facilities with large share kitchen, cooking facilities, washing and drying facilities, free bottled water in the fridge. All this was included in the price. We have been travelling throughout Italy for the last 6 weeks and this has never been included before. Giuseppe was amazing!! Nothing too much trouble he even offered to pick us up from the station. He also organised to sunbeds at the beach across the road, again included in the price. This place is a hidden gem and 100% recommend if Siderno is on your list. Breakfast also included around the corner at a bar. People do friendly and helpful

very close to the beach and boardwalk "Lungomare" Breakfast includes a voucher redeemable at Manhattan café for a coffee and croissant. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a washer and dryer in the room which proved to be valuable. Wifi was strong. Place looked like it was newly renovated everything looked new.

communication, when I got there the doors were closed and there is no reception. The owner contacted me through Whatsapp (luckily I had it installed). Wasn't sure what to do with the garbage, there is no daily cleaning service you are on your own. it would be nice if there was a quick info sheet that gives you all the details about your stay.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The property is modern and everything worked well. Our host was super supportive with all of our many questions which was highly appreciated (I was recovering from a cold or the flu at the time).

The breakfast location was a bit problematic, one day it was closed and another day it did not open at its usual time, so we had walked there in vain.

Great location only 5 minute walk to the beautiful Siderno beach and numerous trattorias, bars, pizzerias and shops. The room which appears to be recently renovated was well presented, very clean with excellent facilities (fridge, washing machine, dryer, air con, wi-fi). Communication was straightforward and helpful - all questions were promptly respond to via Booking.com. Breakfast items included coffee pods, pastries and juices.

Shower curtain rail was weak/lacked sufficient support - needs to be repaired

Beautiful all newly renovated rooms and bathrooms with good finishes and furniture. Great customer service by the property managers!!

Minor note but not a “deal-breaker”, there was no combination-locking safe in the room for valuables.

Very new spacious room with shared kitchen and laundry. Very clean and minimalist design. Excellent wifi; great pillows and very modern and spacious shower. Street parking available nearby. The beach is only 100 metres away as are shops, restaurants etc. good to be met by the host too

Stairs could be a challenge for some but not steep

The suite was large and very comfprtable. The kitchen was well appointed with a large refrigerator and nice wine glasses.

The shower was very small but it was nice and not smaller that most in Italy. There was a balcony but it was small and not really usable.

I found the staff genuinely nice, helpful and efficient. Very nice room in excellent condition. Close to the center and to the beach.

Some noise by nearby restaurants-bars.

Very nice, modern property in a central location two blocks from the beach with supermarket and restaurants close by. The host was very accommodating and the common area with a kitchen and washer dryer was very convenient.

Very close to beach. The beach was beautiful.

There is a karaoke bar underneath property. It could get pretty loud at night.
