The Inn has an exceptional team; they were excellent in customer service, with communication. I loved the landscape of the place, beautiful architecture and nature wise. I believe I love everything about the place. Every staff; reception staff, housekeepers, maintenance gentleman and even the security, they are all compassionate and kind. Ubuntu is what I noticed the most.

The room was spacious and the linen was clean. The staff is friendly. Water was hot. The breakfast was incredible, great buffet with lots of options. Way better than many hotels I’ve been to

Noise from people Noise from doves or birds early in the morning. I would suggest that they put small mirrors / cd’s on the roof to deter doves🤦🏽‍♀️. I know it’s nature, but something can definitely be done

I liked the cleanliness, how friendly the staff was. I enjoyed the clean bedding and room. The food was really amazing.

The location, it's right by the taxi rank and it is at a very busy location. Getting to the accommodation was unpleasant due to having to pass through the buzz of town and taxis. Either than that, the location was easy to find.

The service was out of this world 🌍. Friendly stuff , the owner came to say hi , even offered to was the car . Customer centric . The room was good , specious and i honestly have no complaints. I was well taken care off

The environment where it's located, easier to find especially if you are coming to Nongoma for the first time. The place was good, staff very friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast was excellent as it has a variety. I loved the place.

The breakfast was very homie,it felt like home away from home.All staff were wonderful,from the gate gentlemen ,ladies in coffee shop,our chef,and the cleaning ladies were all super.

Tv at the coffee shop was not working as there is not much you can do around the inn,there must some thing you can pass time with.

The property itself is a nice oasis in an area that does not give a comfortable feeling for strangers. It is the best place to stay in an area of at least 50km

Town centres in Zululand are tough for people who are new in that area.

The rooms are clean Staff friendly and good customer service Food ,there is plenty of options and the prices are quite reasonable

The distance to the rooms ,when raining it is a bit inconvenient to get to reception

Our memorial service ended with a delicious lunch served by friendly staff. The drive through the town was a nightmare so the location is perfect.

I booked for 2 to share and 1 room with 2 single beds. I arrived there and the records showed I paid for 2 people, 1 per room. I had to pay an extra R740. I was told it could be a booking.com issue. I am so confused as I knew for whom and why I was booking.

Hospitality and cleanliness

Nothing really but, may consider having a microwave oven in the rooms and the electric blankets for the beds
