Great value and great location for spending a few days with the family. Our baby had plenty of space in the room, the bed was large enough for the three of us and we basically had all we needed in the room.

The breakfast offer is quite limited and not very tasty. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but could have been slightly better, considering our baby spent some time running around and on thr floor.

Location is great, close to big mall, hospital and many restaurants. Small but good enough gym and pool. No noise and very clean. Staff very friendly.

Pillows need to be improved. These are not comfortable. Even when there is a "soft" and a "hard" one, neither is comfortable. AlsoI made a reservation with a month in advance and then I had to move it forward by 2 days. The rate increased almost 20%, this is a lot. I would expect the rate did not change since I did not cancelled my reservation, I only moved it, same days, 2 days forward.

Our 2nd time staying here. We love the kitchen area in our room and full sized refrigerator, comfy king sized bed with multiple pillow choices. The laundry facility is a plus too!

The ping pong table doesn’t have paddles or balls. It was a disappointment on our first stay. When we stayed here for the 2nd time, I brought my own paddles and balls from home.

Check in was quicker than most hotels. The room was clean and staff was friendly. We asked for ice and it was delivered promptly. The complimentary breakfast offered coffee, juice and Mexican breakfast. In addition, rice and miso soup was also available. There is a plaza at a short distance that offers great dining and shopping. The mall is also walking distance.

We extended our stay by a few more days but our room was not serviced on the last day.

Great location, vending machines available if arriving late at night. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and simple and practical breakfast included.

The pillows are not comfortable. Also, there is no need to have plastic water bottles and plastic toiletries. I wish less one-use plastics are provided.

I’m not sure this hotel has form pillow All of the pillows prepared doesn’t match my head and neck.
