Breakfast was decent.

Rate for the room was too high. Also if this is a pet friendly place, I think we should be able to leave the pet in the room for a little while, but the policy forbids leaving them alone for any length of time. We did leave in the early evening to run errands and when we returned, all of the lights were out, leaving the entire outside totally dark. I assume it's because the lights are on a timer, but it felt a little unsafe with no external light. Even the hotel signage was dark.

Where it was located, & they offered a breakfast menu each morning, my husband both have meds we need to take with food so we had something each morning.

Wasn’t anything we didn’t like, except for the no elevator, we were on the second floor and going up the stairs multiple times each day wore us out.

Variety of choices for breakfast. I especially liked the option of individual almond milks since we don't do well with milk. Water available 24 hrs was a nice touch. Also loved the Chobani yogurt.

The hot tub was not available 3 of the 4 days we stayed there. Also, what looked like mold around the mini split. Can't be sure but needed cleaning.

Breakfast was fine .. same types as most hotels. It would be nice to change it up sometimes.. pancakes instead of waffles/ sausage patties/ half bagel choice instead of whole.

Nothing except wish you had adjoining rooms for families with kids. Nice hotel would stay agin.

Very clean room and friendly staff. The pool area was clean and operational. There was also a nice patio area with fire pits, however, the weather did not permit us to enjoy. Breakfast had a good variety of selections that even my kids found food to enjoy.

Nice pool and hot tub. Great beds! Breakfast was the usual fare and plenty of free bottled water.

The staff could have been a little more friendly. It was hard to get a smile out of anyone.

recently updated but the ceiling in our room was still a little dinged up. Shelley was so kind and welcoming. looked forward to seeing her friendly face.

Breakfast was acceptable and they had free bottled water in the lobby.

We weren't told anything about breakfast times at check in. Person checking us in seemed inexperienced, didn't ask for my ID.

location, staff was great. room was comfortable.

We needed a ground floor room because steps are difficult for one of us and when arrived all of those were full. We didn't realize there was no elevator in this location when we made the reservation on 2/21/2022. If we are ever in the area again we will request a ground floor.

Definitely enjoyed the variety of breakfast items offered. And it was well-stocked.

The toilets were pretty noisy, but I doubt there's anything to be done to remedy that
