The hotel is a little old fashioned in style (as many in Austria are) but updated to a nice in-between style. The staff and the service are second to none. Friendly, professional and attentive people that go out of their way to help and provide the best experience. As an example: Fresh homebaked cookies everyday :) The breakfast buffet was diverse and could cater for lactose intolerant guest as well. In fact, the staff and kitchen always provided ample options and alternatives for vegetarian and lactose-free wishes. The food in the evening was also great -especially the galadinners and special evenings can be highly recommended !! Surely one of the best places in the village- the homely warm family feeling is one of the reasons we’d love to return. <3

The chill-out area was a bit small perhaps- everyone of course aiming for a seat at the fireplace.

The staff was super helpful! Sadly a family member had to go to the hospital and the manager Dominic was flexible in helping us out with a room so we could stay a little longer. Besides that, breakfast and dinner were very good and with a lot of variety. Also some nice healthy choices. The location couldn’t be better.

A mini fridge and a tea/coffe maker in the room would have been nice.

Clean, close to the slopes and the stuff was very amiable and flexible with everything we needed. They were also very helpful in the last day we left to arrange for us transportation

Family run. Professional, friendly, helpful staff. Small and welcoming. Good food. very close to ski lifts with access path. Easy access to ski/boot room. Convenient parking. Well maintained properly. Good sized room.

Only the price ;-) But was high season, close to the main lifts, so you pay a premium!
