Comfortable room, basement shelter has fairly comfortable beds (!!!) with clean bedding- you can actually lie down and sleep during the unfortunately lengthy nighttime air raid alerts. Staff were very kind answering questions and even helping with confirming accommodations at next travel location. Slava Ukraini!

I liked that the property was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help, especially with resolving issues like the internet connection.

There was no drinking water in the room, and there is no elevator. The internet speed was weak, but the helpful staff assisted with resolving this issue.

It's very intimate, on a beautiful quiet street which is only a short walk into the centre of Kharkiv

Svetlana was very helpful. She allowed me to check in early, explained the current situation in Kharkiv clearly and helped me get oriented here. The hotel electricity/generator and wifi have been reliable. The restaurant/bar next door is an added plus.

I love this hotel. Probably one of the best where I stayed overnight in Ukraine. Staff very kind. Warm, loft-style interior. The rooms are cozy. It is possible to park in front of the hotel without any problems. I understand that the hotel was opened two years ago. The location is central. You can easily walk to the nearby shopping center. Quiet rooms at the back. Recommended.

The rooms are hot. I tried looking for the thermostat. I didn't find it (but to be honest, I didn't even ask for it). So I opened the window. The internet is slow. For business customers might be a problem.

A very atmospheric hotel, located quite close to the center. There was a choice of dishes for breakfast. There is also a very tasty restaurant. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel recently renovated, very spacious bathroom.

The sink was leaking in the bathroom. The water in the shower had two modes: hot water or ice. There were no hangers in the wardrobe, but after the service intervention, everything was fine. The location is close to the center, but on a slight side.
