Nice and rather new 70 rooms hotel. (I think the swimming pool is still in the making) The reception staff speaks some English and are friendly and helpfull all other staff are also nice and polite. I booked a standard room which has only one small window. I asked for a room with more windows, for a few € extra a night that was possible. The rooms are spacious and very clean, so is the bathroom. Bed is good, the sheets fresh and clean. Room will be cleaned every day if you want so.

Can be a bit noisy There is nothing in the room to place your luggage on except the floor, a bit awkward A bit out of town, about a 6 or 7 minute walk,

- Friendly and welcoming staff - Modern and clean room. Nicely decorated with artistic taste. - Nice view of the city from the balcony. - During the daytime, a local market with delicious food is not far away.

- The location is a bit far from the lake and the famous temple (30-40 minutes walk) - The night market and the food place (restaurants) in the evening are not nearby. You need to walk for 10-20 minutes. - A bit pricey hotel for a super affordable city such as Sakhon Nakhon. Well, it is a fancy boutique hotel after all.

Phenomenally nice hotel. Spacious, spotless and silent room with the most comfy bed I've had in a hotel in years. Nice hot shower in an equally spotless bathroom. The lobby and hallways are funky and super clean, with a great modern vibe. The staff were friendly and got me checked in with a smile. And they even had a package with free crackers and coffee for the morning. Lots of attention to detail in this place. They even have a concession downstairs that sells snacks and drinks. Note that it's down a narrow street, so there's nothing easily walkable from there, so you'll need either a car or a cab...but it's right in the main downtown area. I'll for sure be back in Sakhon Nakhon next spring to visit friends, and I'll 100% stay here again.

Our fifth stay at this hotel. Location is superb, walkable to a market with lots of street food stalls, though the hotel is located on a small driveway. Spacious and comfortable room. Staff at the reception are helpful but they should have smiled more.

Free wifi is a bit slow. Parking lot is crowded. Entire bathroom floor gets wet after shower coz there is no proper partition/ shower curtain.

About 20 minutes Walking distances to Wat Pa Suttawat. Every morning we can give alms food to two monks walking through the hotel. Easy to get food from the nearby morning market and night market. Staff are very helpful to help me book a taxi to visit many other monastery. All Staff have a very competent and professional level . We have a pleasant and satisfying experience staying at this hotel. Will come back again.

Very clean and a little balcony:-) quiet too. I could use their bike all day to visit a bit Sakon Nakhon. One important part is the smiles and nice service from the staff at reception and everywhere in the hotel. I really appreciated this..

One thing only I didn’t like… they don’t serve real café. Only little Nescafé sticks to use with hot water:-) which is not café for café customers. This is ok only if you don’t have the possibility to make real café:-)

Breakfast was good. In the future I wall attempt to be earlier. I feel like there was less preparation for late breakfast. Overall very good. The outside tables for December were exceptional. Convenient rest room near to wash up afterwards.

I really didn't have any negative thoughts about the place. Bookmaring for next visit.

beautiful hotel. great value. spotless, close to town, parking. nearby laundry .The best choice in town!

road immediately outside hotel gas no sidewalk, so not that easy to walk to nearby market. swimming pool under construction- will be lovely when its completed. No onsite cafe or evening food other than reception sale of instant noodles, snacks etc.

The hotel is new and located in a quiet street. The rooms are spacious. There is a 24 hour self service laundromat just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and provides a very cheap option for doing laundry. there is a 7-11 store about 12 minutes walk from the hotel.

The breakfast is very limited, I would have liked some more options. The person there does not speak English, I was able to communicate using Google translate.
