Waited for a room key where reservation was done before reaching hotel. receptionist should more responsible and cooperative during their service at the time of customer needs. Where the Room check-in time 2 PM, reception representatives were not so concern to ensure this. I was personally communicated with them to get my room key then they start the process onwards, meanwhile time has over passed of 2 o'clock. Housekeeping staff's was not so responsible for their duty to meet the customer environment. When we was entered into the hotel room, it found visible dust on the bed that first impression was negative and poor on such five star standard hotel. Moreover, Cafe Staff's should more pro active role in their job while customers are looking their response in duly manner. Service quite slow and not up to the mark. Not approaching positive mind set to receive the guest in the hotel cafe while they need badly. However, for me this area need more focus by the management to make sure customer better service.

Housekeeping, Hospitality and Room Cleaning should more organized. Service was found so so and can be handle in more effective manner that not appeared at this moment.

Everything was great. The room was clean and room service cleaned and provided brand new commodities every day. 24 hours access to beach chairs with security.

1) Management needs to restrict mobile phone camera use at the swimming pool. There should be a particular time when no mobile phone or cameras should be allowed and a particular time when people will be allowed with mobile phone camera. My wife and I were swimming in the pool, and few young kids took our photos without asking. We didn't like the fact, and I'm sure everyone will feel uncomfortable in an event like this. So, management, please think about this if you want overseas visitors to come to your hotel. 2) Room service denied servicing hot beverage (tea or coffee) during our stay 11dec to 14 dec 3:30am. I know it's an odd time, but the hotel said 24 hours of room service.

Overall ambiance

Me and my family travel to this hotel for last 20 years almost. Hotel cannot connect this information into customer experience and loyalty rewards and recognition. This can develop significantly. We have great memories. But every single trip is isolated in hotel’s view, it can be different rather.

Brackfast and seming pool

Pool side take extra money for 1gust people and do not give us time to contract with reception person.he was added 1 person pool used bill with our total bill..this is the bad experience for me.. The reception manager want to help me but that time was over due to one person pool used bill added with total bill

I am very pleased with my stay and I don't know where such poor opinions came from. I had a clean room, cleaned every day and towels changed. The hotel staff was very helpful and check-in took 5 minutes. Maybe 5 stars is too much for this hotel but the quality to price ratio is also very good.

We stayed here for one night. Almost everything was of very good quality, but the washroom was very small and the condition of commode and push shower was not very good. Didn't like that there was no carpet inside the room. Very quickly the floor of the room becomes dirty. But I must admit that the morning complimentary breakfast was very good

Great location, very close to beach, private beach chairs. Beach security guards at night time. Easy access from beach to hotel. Live bbq, pool music. They have different varieties of breakfast items, deshi, modern, English, Italian and so one.

Bed and pillows weren't comfortable. Every day, I called them for towels , and they were supposed to give 2 towers, but somehow not, we been there for 4 nights, but they didn't manage single birthrob, don't know why?

I liked the location, adjacent to the Sugandha beach. The swimming pools were good. Sea Beach facilities were nice.

Room air conditioning system was not so good. Room should have been cleaned well.
