Very friendly receptionist who had all our details ready. Room was super clean. Beds were very comfortable. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room which was unexpected but very welcome.

There was a power bar between the beds above the night stand but it was not plugged in and did not reach the plug in behind the bed and it could not be moved closer. Fortunately, there was another power bar beside the desk across from the beds.

Break fast across the road was very good. We came to snowmobile. The groom trail is very close but no access from the motel. That is the only downside to our stay. Maybe a trail behind the motel accessing the the groom trail would attract us back again and other snowmobilers . Nice place and very clean!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. A good value for the price and a good accessible location. A boot tray for your shoes was a nice touch. It makes one feel that they are encouraging guests to keep the room tidy and clean.

A bit of a mixup when I used Booking.com but Chanelle straightened it out quickly so everything turned out well.

The location was a little sketchy ,and across the street from the train station ,however did not hear the Train .Breakfast was ok ,mostly frozen items ,only one microwave ,that was ok for us ,we were the only ones there for breakfast ,but if more families came ,one would have to wait a long time. .It took a little more time to warm the frozen food.could have Bananas for fruit.Have the pancake machine working.

Have a security employee at night , just a little scary people around the bar door ,I’m not sure if the bar Was opened ,

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It's nice to have a fridge in there. Quiet location. Would stay there again.

Bathroom was a little dated, but not bad at all. It's clean and has what you need.

Conveniently located along a major highway and mid way to our home. It’s an older motel but has recently renovated, was very clean, beds were comfy with nice linen.

This hotel is under new ownership and it's a vast improvement! Extremely nice and attentive staff, renovated rooms with new beds, and spotlessly clean!

Could maybe use a wee bit more furniture to put things away? But very happy with our stay and will definitely stay again.

The rooms are immaculate, and the staff are super sweet, they go above and beyond to make sure my family’s stay is comfortable. This is definitely my go to motel every time I stay in Swan River.

Only minor thing was the rooms seemed to be recently updated so the off-gassing smell from paint/flooring is still present.
