Weiping, the owner, truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Not only did he provide me with food and drinks late at my arrival night and during holidays, he also organised a very inexpensive car for me and invited me on a fishing trip with his friends. Altough I didn`t catch anything, we still shared dinner together. His staff was helpful and trustful, I requested another room because the previous tenant smoked and it was still lingering in the room. The staff went upstairs with me and we checked several rooms together and they let me pick one. I was also trusted with doing all my payments on checkout day without securities or deposit. I felt extremely welcome and comfortable there. It is only 3 minutes walk from the airport, but quite a stretch over the causeway from the town.

For the island being of humble and limited resources, the staff and owner were ever so helpful. My room was large, spotlessly clean and all I required. WiFi was adequate and free. The dining in the restaurant was exemplary; tasty and portions enough to feed 3 or 4 people. The owner insisted on assisting me to the airport, despite that it was only a sneeze distance away. When I first saw the building from the rear as our ship approached, I was dismayed. I am very happy I stayed and experienced their hospitality.

The climate makes everything moldy so the rear of the building looked unkept but really, all the buildings have mold on their exterior wall. It is Hot, Humid and HOT and doubly Humid

Hotel manager was very responsive and helpful my entire stay. Drove me from the airport, picked up SIM card, helped me with taxis and recommendations for breakfast restaurants and even offered to pick me up when taxi did not show up in town. Excellent service. Very personalized. TY 🙏

Very close to the airport so I just walked there which took only a few minutes. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant attached on first floor for dinner (could pay and eat breakfast too there). Good wifi and AC and hot water.

Pillows here very thin and there was no elevator.

Staff were exceptional, for a small remote NW Pacific location. The Manager Weiping went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and supported.

No breakfast on site. Restaurant was only available after 10am. Hotel was isolated at the port, but staff will to run me around, taxis cheap, and had a rental car for 3 days.

They forgot to pick me up at the airport which I stated on my request but the good thing is they gave me a ride going back to the airport. It didn't affect my rating to this hotel because they're quiet busy on that day as well.

It's not that bad. It's close to the airport on foot. The owner surprised me by welcoming at the airport. They also have a nice decent restaurant which attracts a lot of people. The hotel arranges for just two dollars a taxi for Kolonia downtown.

Very close to the airport, room was good. Friendly staff, free cold/hot water machines on every floor. Owner arranged a rental car for us, easy!
