I had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, and my room was clean. The location is perfect - just 3 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the center. After check-out, we left our luggage at the hotel, which was very helpful.

very nice big apartment, very friendly helpful staff, everything was as described , the balcony great (though it was raining). walking distance to everything in Westerland . I think we had a special rate as it was short notice, which made it very good value

one tiny snag,which has probably already been seen to. hopefully. the door handle in the bedroom was broken, meaning that if the door closed while you were inside, you were locked into the bedroom!!!

Spotlessly clean attractive and luxurious accommodation close to the beach and promenade, set just out of the commercial area amongst similar apartment buildings, so very quiet overnight. Quality fixtures and fittings, lovely friendly proprietor.

The bathroom's ceiling was partially at an angle due to its rooftop, making it likely that your head hits the ceiling in certain areas. I am not tall by any means but I hit the ceiling several times. Tall people should be careful. There was no elevator to the third floor and I had trouble taking my heave suitcase down the steep staircase. On my check-in an employee was available to carry the suitcase up. There is no staff on premises during the evening and early morning hours. To have breakfast or meals you had to walk for 10 -15 minutes to some of the town's restaurants. It was very cold when i was there, so it was not pleasant. If you have a car, street parking may not always be available.

The services is exceptional. The room had lots of space. It is a very short walk to the beach and downtown. Very clean and convenient.

There were aroma sticks in the room, which may bother some. The shower was also tight and no place to put supplies.

Easy access even without the reception because of a late check in. The room was simply perfect and the atmosphere of the whole building is really special and cosy.

I stayed only one night unfortunately, my fault, I'll be back : ) Just a small suggestion: the communication with the reception it's easier in English if you don't speak German properly but I was fine anyhow.

Reception hours are very limited. Hard to get the tourist vouchers to access the beach area (only from 15/15:30 on)

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Tasteful decoration. Very friendly service. Town center accessible on foot. Wifi worked well. Beds were very good.

Somewhat decentral and a lot of construction in area. Parking in the street, difficult to find free space in the vicinity and if you don't look out it is paid parking. Forgot to gives us proof of paid tourist tax which would have given us free access to beach promenade and forgot to tell us about it. Access to promenade is 4 EUR (ridiculous). No breakfast on site.
